It is an beautiful charlet. We stayed for a weekend with our 3 kids and it was awesome. Very clean, cozy and well equipped. We booked the second time with hakuba white fox and everything was perfect they are really helpful and friendly. A special thanks for the surprise :)We hope to stay there soon again.

During the week or two leading up to my stay, I had a variety of questions and requests, and they were very kind and courteous. The owner was a really nice person, he prepared a surprise cake for a member of my family who had a birthday when I stayed there, and he told me about recommended sightseeing spots and ways to spend time!The chalet was very beautiful from the outside to the interior, and everyone was absorbed in taking pictures lol.There were a lot of kitchen equipment and tools, so I would like to enjoy cooking next time I can stay there again ^^*I was also grateful that the floor heating was on, as some of the children were still crawling.Speaking of greed, the wash basin is spacious and nice, but I thought women might be happy if there was more space to store cosmetics, etc.!Other than that, it was a really nice inn that I can't really complain about.This time I stayed for 1 night and 2 days, but next time I would definitely like to stay for several days!

Excellent service from Lyo and Chika! Nice and pleasant. Always available to assist us and helped us sent our board bags to TA-Q-BIN to courier to the airport. Both chalets were clean and cosy. There was also daily house keeping done in both chalets during our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for the group and definitely worth a try if you are visiting Hakuba.

We had such an amazing 2 weeks in White Fox, fantastic location, service and hospitality! If we are in Hakuba again, definitely staying in White Fox!
