They were very accommodating to unexpected situations, such as accommodating us for early check-in when we had not made a reservation, and solving problems we had in a cold region that we were not used to.I'm glad I stayed here because the food was delicious and it was close to Iwatake.

The location was within walking distance of the Hakuba Iwatake Snowfield, the breakfast and dinner were very satisfying, and they helped us with any problems we had, making it a very comfortable stay.

I give 4 stars.They offer breakfast (Japanese) and dinner. You can buy additional apple juice or beer.In the morning, for a coffee it’s 100 yenThe rooms are comfortable but if you sleep early and your room is next to a noisy neighbor it can be annoying. No beds but futons. I was able to sleep but the pillows are very bad.I recommend bringing a kettle and especially a small humidifier, if you can. There is a room to dry your ski clothes. A parking. It’s 5 minutes from the slopes. There is an onsen available from late afternoon. Sink for a quick wash in the morning. The toilets are outside and therefore shared.Breakfasts served at 7:30 a.m. and dinner from 6 p.m. in winter.
