I was surprised at how dirty the bathroom and sink were.Wouldn't it get dirtier if I washed it here? It's so moldy that it makes you think.And a pungent smell.There were also towels and bath towels.I was too scared to use it.Water droplets are dripping from the air conditioner and it's scary.And since it was a holiday fee, it was 30,000 yen. My family and I tried to save some money, but... it's just terrible.You should stay at a proper inn, even if it costs a little more.

The location is close to the station. There are many coin parking lots nearby, which is convenient. There are restaurants and hot springs, so it's very convenient.Not recommended for people with allergies.The room is not cleaned properly. The toilet also had a strong smell, and inside there was dust and socks that the person in front had forgotten.It's a shame because the facility is beautiful.Please improve it.

I didn't give the password before checking in, and any input information was incorrect. I stood outside the door for an hour. The only way to contact customer service was via email. Four people were at the door for at least an hour. It was very different from Fukuoka's unmanned counter service. There is only one parking space at the door. You will have to wait until the customer service replies with the entry code at about 9 o'clock. Most of the nearby parking lots are full (Saturday night)

Make a reservation for three adults. There were 2 semi-double beds and 1 single bed.Simply put, it's an overnight stay without meals where you can cook.There is a kitchen. There are simple cooking utensils. There are no seasonings etc. There are no dish towels.There is a washing machine and detergent. No fabric softener and dryer provided.There are two coin laundries and a convenience store within walking distance, which is very convenient.If you knew this in advance, you could deal with it and I think the price would be cheaper.However, the footsteps upstairs are noisy! ! I can't sleep when I run.Will consider it next time.

The good parts are good and the bad parts are bad. There is no staff on hand and all of the automatic doors can be very confusing. There is no luggage storage if you show up early. Our shower had lots of issues with extremely high pressure and low temperature. Our room had a kitchen and full sized fridge as well as a small living room that made for a nice stay. It is walking distance to the station but with a lot of bags, the trip is all up hill and can take more than 15 minutes despite what google maps says. Due to the lack of staff would not recommend for those who struggle with technology and would not likely stay there again.

I stayed for 3 days.From Beppu Sta, it takes 10 mins walk. There are 2 kamenoi bus stop near this hotel. I hope this hotel can add the kamenoi bus schedule and route in the room to make it easier for us to catch the bus.The room has washing machine and you can change the bathroom into drying room for your clothes.Easy check in and check out.

The front desk is extremely substandard.I needed to check in, but they said my reservation number was invalid, and to make matters worse, the front desk didn't respond, so I just stood at the door for an hour. In the end, I managed to check in by borrowing the smartphone of an external employee in charge of the building's maintenance and calling.Also, be sure to check that all amenities are in order after check-in. It can be a very unpleasant experience. After checking in, the stand next to the bed didn't work, so I checked and found it was cracked, but I didn't use the stand anyway, so I ignored it. However, more than 4 days after check-out, I received an email from the front desk.'We received a report that the stand was broken. “I was fine before you came,” he lies.As soon as I received the email, I immediately replied, 'The stand was originally broken, it's not us who did that.' Common sense dictates that they will clean it right away when you check out, but if they say nothing after checkout and then suddenly report damage 4 days later and say it was fine before you came, would that be persuasive? Even if it is a 2-star B&B, is it normal to treat guests like vandals?After the rebuttal email, the hotel remained silent without any response. So far, they haven't even sent me a single apology email.Even though it is an unmanned hotel, it is still too much. If you don't want to be treated like a criminal, we recommend that you take videos of every corner of the accommodation before checking in, like renting a car.

Used by a family of four as a base for sightseeing in Oita for the first timeThe room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The rooms were not very close to each other and we didn't run into the guests next door, so even if my child cried, I felt at ease to some extent, which was a very stress-free experience when traveling with children.I would also consider using it when sightseeing in Oita.I felt that check-in was a high hurdle for people who dislike digital technology.

The accommodation is absolutely flawless.A family of 4 stayed in a 4-bed room at this price, and we were very satisfied with everything from the kitchen to the living room table and bathtub.However, during the check-in process, the entrance password sent by email in advance did not work, so I had a hard time communicating with a Japanese person who was not good at English.You must start by putting an asterisk (*) in front of the entrance password.

There are two parking spaces, but only one space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, there is coin parking nearby, so there is no inconvenience as long as you pay a little money.Since it is an unmanned hotel, check-in is a bit slow, but as long as you have the understanding of a middle school student, it is no problem.Since it was recently built, the new building offers the comfort of a new building, while the ample space provides comfort.This is a comfortable accommodation space for my wife and child. You can feel the owner's delicacy in the fact that the furniture is decent and the tableware is made from ikea products.I tend to pay attention to even the smallest details, so this is based on my personal opinion, but it is more spacious and has better facilities than the hotel I booked yesterday for 300,000 won.I am very satisfied as I have never found a hotel like this during my trip to Japan at this price. If you have a lot of information about hotels, you can find a better hotel.For the price, this is the best hotel I've ever found by chance.
