The hotel environment and rooms are very clean and comfortable. You can really relax here after skiing.The location is very good, opposite the hotel is the fourth parking lot, there is a free shuttle bus to the ski resort, and it is also very close to the bus stop to Nagano or Shibuya.There is a drying room for ski equipment in the hotel, as well as washing machines and dryers that require reservation and payment.The hotel only has public bathroom facilities, and you can take a bath in the bathroom, but each person can only take a bath for 20 minutes.The hotel has cheaper ski passes that you can buy, highly recommended!I stayed for three days, and the breakfast was different every day, and they were all delicious and rich. Dinner was also very delicious, especially the potato soup which was amazing! But dinner is not served every night.Overall, it is highly recommended and is a hotel I would like to come back to.It's a pity that there is no transportation provided on arrival and departure.

Nestled in a corner at Hakuba Goryu village. It felt like winter wonderland when I arrived. The place feels very new, immaculately clean and the owner Lin San and her family are so adorable and helpful. A great stay and great value for money. I do recommend to tell guests to be a little bit more quiet late at night and early in the morning tho. But apart from that!

It was a stay I was looking forward to.However, even though the cancellation was due to a mistake on the part of the hostel, they did not acknowledge the cancellation at all and were very aggressive and did not apologize, which made me feel very bad.It is very disappointing.

We had a very nice stay here. The room was reasonably comfortable and they were exceedingly kind. We had breakfast and lift tickets as well. The breakfast was western, but in a very Japanese way. As of writing this it was good, but not amazing. I did talk to them about it, and I'll likely stay here again, regardless.

Stay from January 29th to 31st, 2024Is there a parking lot for 5-6 cars?I think electric cars can probably be charged as well.The pension, which the owner and his wife say has been renovated, is cute and stylish.The rooms are divided into family types and standard rooms.There are plenty of outlets, hangers, and hanging places, and Wi-Fi is available, which is extremely helpful. Bath towels are also provided, and there is also a drying room and washing machine.There are private baths and normal baths, and you can make your own reservations from around 3:00 p.m. to around 10:30 p.m.The rice was Western style and the homemade bread was especially delicious. You can also order alcoholic beverages for dinner. The price is also very low.The staff are also niceIt was really easy to spend time and I was healed ^_^Thank you very much ^_^This was my first time coming to Hakuba, and I was surprised to see so many foreigners (´⊙ω⊙`)

Love the place. Rooms are a bit small, but private ofuru is excellent. Always always, always reserve with dinner and breakfast. you won't regret it. A must do is to try the home made umeshu (plumwine), the third one will hit hard... 👍🏻. The owners are a young family and are very good hosts. Thank you for everything. Really highly appreciated! see you again soon.

I visited you on a board trip! All the food was delicious, and the breakfast bread was delicious and filling✨It was great before going to the board♥️The bath was spacious and I had a private time so I was able to relax☀️However, the walls were thin, so I could hear the people next door laughing, which bothered me. . .

The building has been self-renovated and is very beautiful.The quality of the food is extremely high 👌I think 20 minutes is a bit short for the bath time...😅
