We had a great stay at Ski Inn Hakuba. Ski in ski out location. The rooms were well renovated, only con was the small size of the bathroom. There was also parking at the inn.The service from the hotel staff was impeccable. We had some luggage mishap, and Ski Inn Hakuba went above and beyond on helping us deal with the situation.Well recommended.

Had a wonderful experience at Ski Inn Hakuba.The hotel is cosy and well located. It is one of the few ski in and ski out hotels in Hakuba.Loved the breakfast every morning. The staff is amazing and welcoming, and super helpful!Great hospitality and Nick was awesome! 😃Thank you for having me!

Literally EVERYTHING about this place was fantastic! We are an American family who has taken dozens of overseas trips, and this has to be the friendliest, most professional staff we have ever encountered. The degree of ease that Ski Inn Hakuba makes for a ski/snowboard vacation cannot be overstated. Amazing rooms, amazing facilities, great food options at the hotel or a short walk into town, ski instructors will pick you up from your doorstep, private parking — it has it all. Book with confidence. We will absolutely be coming back.

We had a fabulous ski holiday staying at Ski Inn Hakuba in January. The ski-in ski-out location is unbeatable - walk out of the front door, put on your gear and you're on the slopes. Easy access to 2 beginner lifts and to the base of the gondola. At the end of the day you can literally ski back to the front door. It doesn't get much better than this! We loved the Tsugaike mountain with a good range of beginner to advanced slopes and a lot of on-mountain eating options for lunch. Our 'Superior' room at Ski Inn was very comfortable, spacious and well appointed. The bathroom is compact but met our needs. We appreciated the large sitting area and access to Netflix was very handy for family movie nights. Loved the coin operated laundry and the games room was great with soccer table and pool table providing hours of fun in the evenings. There are a lot of great eating options for dinner within short walking distance of Ski Inn and the staff were able to book restaurants for us to make sure our group of 10 could be accommodated. The staff were amazing and were always available and happy to assist with our needs. A big thank you to everyone and especially to Windy, Jenny and Peter for their help and support when our daughter fractured her wrist half way through the holiday. They dropped everything to pick us up from the slopes, take our gear so we wouldn't have to worry about it and drove us to the International Clinic at Happo where we received second to none medical attention. We were still able to thoroughly enjoy the rest of our holiday. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay for my first time skiing ever, and on a honeymoon trip + friends. Windy was helping us all the way before we even reached Japan, helping us with the bookings and our questions. Upon arrival, she and her team were the best in making us feel comfortable.The rooms itself was fantastic, in a modern Japanese style. Truly made us feel special and on holiday, and the facilities (a place specially to store ski gear, sauna, games room) were all made to make a comfortable stay.The biggest draw was the fact that is was a ski inn ski out hotel, at the gentle slopes of Tsugaike, which was great for beginners like me. Or for experts like my husband, who could easily ski down to their chair lift. They also sell ski passes at a discount!Most of all, they went above and beyond to make sure we got to the station in time during a heavy snow day. The ordered taxi didn’t come and Windy offered Jenny to send us down. They had to dig out the snow to make sure the car could move, and Jenny was the most efficient driver on such snowy roads. We truly appreciated all the help they gave us!If you’re looking to have a great stay, you won’t regret coming here.

Nicest place to stay in tsugaike - generously large rooms for families or lots of people in your group, ski storage and drying racks. Simple but BNB cozy breakfast and coffee. English speaking staff and very helpful with luggage shipped inbound and outbound. Laundry (coin) available onsite made my trip easy and comfortable.
