This was the accommodation designated for the tour. The front desk staff seems kind and considerate. There were many foreign staff at the restaurant, but they were attentive and warm. The food was okay, and most of the food was cold by the time we were seated. However, since the chawanmushi was cold, I was grateful that they replaced it without saying anything. The room was not new and had some scratches, but it was clean. Although my plan was for a room without a bathtub (because there is a large hot spring bath), it was helpful to have a shower booth. However, the walls were thin and I could hear my neighbors talking, so I wondered if they could hear me too.

Stayed at a hotel in front of the ski resort. We stayed at a designated accommodation on the bus tour. There were no wifi problems as mentioned in the reviews on a certain site, and it was a comfortable stay. I was pleased with the attention to detail in the bathhouse, including multiple shampoos and conditioners for men. I had the impression that the rice had a large variety of items and a lot of local ingredients were used.It was a satisfying stay.

I spent the night there, checked in on June 2nd and checked out on June 3rd, 2024 through the agent Club tourism international inc.I am very dissatisfied with the service of the hotel where the hotel did not take it seriously when I reported the loss of my watch while I was in the open hot shower room. I hope my watch will be found and sent to me.

I stayed there on a tourIt seems like the main hotel is for skiers. There is only one elevator, which is too small to accommodate groups of guests.Although it is a hot spring, it is small and it was a bit stressful.
