I used it in August. I used this place on short notice after being introduced by a friend, and I was satisfied with the cleanliness, the owner's gentle and friendly wife, and the reasonable price. Towels are rented, so we recommend bringing your own. Even if you forget, a large or small towel costs 200 yen. Disposable shampoo and body soap were provided in the room.

I didn't like it overall. Lady was not very friendly, did not reply my email when I asked (in Japanese) for directions, and didn't allow me to leave luggage for some time after checkout (it was never a problem for any other hotel in my life!). Also keep in mind you can use the shower only in certain hours, and will need to pay extra for towels.
