It was a nice stay. Location is good. Awesome mountain view from window. Nice service and owner is very friendly. Kitchen and dining facilities.

We had a lovely stay at Hakuba. The property was really nice. We had our private room and bathroom as well. Kitchen facilities and dining room were pretty big. It is quite far from town and shops but we had shuttle service during all our stay. Eric was very helpful and Aiden too. We would definitely stay again!

Homely hotel, good kitchen/living room to relax and have dinner after wintersports. Great view on Happo One (from across the river) You need transport to get there; there is ample parking space for cars. Great for families with kids.

Really cosy hotel with excellent common spaces. Location wasn’t the best, but a free shuttle was offered at 9 in the morning and 5 in the afternoon. Didn’t always work for us as a group of friends wanting to enjoy the nightlife, but would work perfect for a family or group solely there for the skiing!

When it snows, FF cars require studs and chains. Even good tires can be ineffective depending on the snow quality.

Perfect place to stay for your visit to Hakuba Valley - one of the best snowsports destinations. The view outside your window and balcony is absolutely stunning 😍. If you stay here, it’s best that you have your own transportation but even if you don’t, they will make sure you can get to where you want to go. It’s a short drive to the most popular ski resorts or shuttle bus stops and if you can’t decide on where to eat, the host will give you excellent recommendations and advice.They make your stay very comfortable and part of a bigger family.

Cozy and homey place, well equipped kitchen, pleasunt shared place. The view from the room is beautiful. The owners are very kind, helpful, and make you feel at home.

We stayed during ski season.The owners were a very nice couple and it was very comfortable. There is also a kids room, which my kids loved. I would like to stay again.
