My parents (in their 70s) were invited to a relative's wedding and reception.It seemed like a really nice venue.He didn't give many details, but I think it was a good thing.I wish they would have been more considerate about gifts. I understand that many catalog gifts these days are made by scanning a QR code and applying online, but many of my relatives are elderly and not yet used to using the internet, so they are unable to order gifts themselves.It may have been the bride and groom who chose this gift, but the bridal staff recommended that they separate the gifts by giving booklet-type catalog gifts to relatives and QR code-type gifts to company officials and friends. I want it.There are probably a lot of people coming from far away, so QR codes are nice and lightweight.There are probably discounts from catalog gift makers and other things that can be done by standardizing gifts, but if you think about the people celebrating, I think it's important to make sure the gifts don't go to waste.I hope this will be helpful to those who are considering holding their wedding ceremony and reception here.

The wedding itself was a lot of fun.However, I didn't want to miss out on taking photos, so I chose an expensive plan with a large number of photos, but I was disappointed with the poor results.Even though I asked her to make sure her bangs were properly set, her hair fell apart at the final check after the set was completed, and even though I had her fix it on the spot, it was too sweet, and by the time we met her for the first time, it had fallen apart and was falling into my eyes. The photo turned out to be disappointing. After the first meeting, I was called back and had it fixed, but all I had left was a photo of the first meeting that wasn't very good.Even after that, it collapsed at the end of the ceremony.It's a shame, because the set-up time for the pre-shoot was much shorter, but they handled it beautifully.Her makeup and mascara were applied sloppily and was full of clumps.It's a shame that you can't bring in or nominate anything, and the technology isn't very good.That seems to be the case even though it bears the name Hoshino Resorts. I just wanted the wedding to be fun.

I have stayed at other Hoshino resorts such as KAI and RISONARE, but I felt very disappointed with "some" of the staff at this hotel. ①Horrible treatment of guests by the staff. When the female staff temporarily left the facility while being guided by a female staff member, another male staff member (camera staff?) came up to her and yelled, "Where did you come in from!? Please come out quickly!" ” was said. Even though I explained the situation, they almost forced me out of a different place than the one I was led to. I understand that you are busy taking photo weddings, but I would like you to be more considerate. ②The room information staff talks quickly about the facilities in order to finish the information quickly. My husband also smiled bitterly and asked me about important things like the time, but he started talking even faster (so much so that my elementary school-age child later asked me if it was a tongue twister).Of course, not all staff treated us like this, but the shuttle bus staff and breakfast staff were extremely kind and courteous (therefore, we cannot give them one star). I will never stay there again, but I would like the photography and information staff to be at least as capable as possible for those who are looking forward to making reservations at Hoshino Resorts in the future.

We stayed in a standard cottage for 2 nights with 2 adults. There are 4 semi-double beds, but they are not cramped and the ceiling is high, so it feels spacious. I think the building itself is from the Showa era based on the atmosphere of the bathroom vanity, but the washlet is a relatively new model, and the whole place was well-maintained, clean and comfortable.For bathing, we used Tombo no Yu. It is within walking distance, but there is also a shuttle bus. I walked when I had the energy and time, and used the shuttle bus when I got tired.For breakfast, you choose one of the two main galettes, and the food is served buffet style. Although the number of items was not large, the taste was good and I didn't feel that it was lacking.Dinner was at Harunire. I think it depends on the season, but it's best to reserve a seat.

In short, a place worth your money. Actually, it was quite expensive, but rather than thinking about how expensive it was, I made a promise to come again next time. A peaceful rest. However, I did miss the bed because it was a blanket. It's a pity that there is no convenience store nearby.

I was able to spend a relaxing time in a cottage in the forest (staying in a standard cottage). It's a few minutes walk to Harunire Terrace, but there are quite a few elevation changes, so I went shopping, had dinner, and took a bath (Tombo no Yu) in the hotel's car, which makes rounds every 20 minutes (10 minutes at night). . It was the right time to go for dinner at Harunire Terrace as it was a hot topic. Guests staying in August were able to participate in the summer candle night at the adjacent Takahara Church without making a reservation, and had a special experience. This time I went on a trip to celebrate my birthday, and I received congratulations at check-in and the photo service made it a special birthday. As expected from Hoshino Resorts. It was my first time using it, and it was as good as the rumors had said. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

When I visited the Karuizawa Plateau Association for sightseeing, my child needed to use the toilet, so I had no choice but to borrow one. When I told them about this, the staff was happy to show me around. The conversation made me feel very classy and I felt that this was a Hoshino hotel. The lobby has a luxurious and calming structure, and I can imagine that the rooms are very nice. When my kids are a little older, I would like to stay there next time.

Visit by car and stay overnight. When I went shopping at the 7-Eleven next door and was leaving the car, I had to momentarily cross over the neighboring Hoshino property and turn left, as the 7-Eleven was very crowded and many cars were coming in even as I was leaving. I think anyone who has been there will understand this situation. At the time of departure, a bus that had just come out of Hoshino approached us within centimeters of each other and threatened us, as if to say that this was Hoshino's property. I was staying here, so I thought about getting off and complaining, but I decided against it. However, even if I were just someone who stopped by a 7-Eleven, such an act would be out of the question. A short-tempered person is not suitable as a bus driver, or rather, are Hoshino Resorts and Hoshino Resorts bus drivers really that great? It's one of the lowest prices in Hoshino, so I don't know if it's cheap or not.

I'm not staying overnight, but as I was looking for a parking spot to go to Takahara Church around noon on July 28th when it started to rain, a young female hotel staff member asked me to stop. I was asked what the purpose of my stop was, and when I told them I was there to see the church, I was simply told that there was a wedding going on and that the parking lot would be a little farther down the hill. We got lost because it was raining lightly, but we decided to walk to the church because we had really enjoyed ourselves. However, when we arrived near the church, we were told that both the stone church and the plateau church were canceled due to a ceremony.We were informed that it would reopen after 4pm. If the staff had told me this when I was first looking for a parking spot, I could have chosen to go at a different time, but I thought it was very unkind. I am completely disappointed in the hotel.Time is very important when traveling. I think everyone is excited to visit. They responded with a smile despite the hot weather, but I wish they had been more kind.

I went to see a church, but the person at the hotel asked me what my purpose was, and it was a long downhill walk from there to the church, so I turned back.The same person stopped me again and when I asked for the way home, I found a sign saying, ``This is not the way to go.'' It's almost a wedding venue. Don't expect the same atmosphere as before (before coronavirus). The lounge was only open to hotel guests and wedding attendees. I used to use the restaurant and lounge often, but I don't think we have that connection anymore.

Isn't everything perfect? It's a fun and relaxing place to visit every year. (I have stayed there for 6 years in a row) I recommend just relaxing in your room! It's also great to take out from Harunire Terrace and eat dinner on the terrace!

We stayed in a terrace villa in the star area. The direction of the approach, the villa surrounded by greenery, the extraordinary interior, the deliciousness and presentation of the breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff were all wonderful and made for good memories of my trip.
