I stayed in a lanai suite with an open-air bath, but when I entered the room, it was unstylish and dark. . The building was older than I expected, and I was concerned about the dirt on the walls. What's more, when I entered the room and looked at the water in the bath, there was only about 10 centimeters of water from the bottom. When I asked the staff, they said it would soon fill up, but isn't that much water? After confirming this, it appeared that the stopper had shifted. I wanted to take an open-air bath as soon as I entered the room, but ended up having to wait for 30 to 40 minutes for the water to fill up.Afterwards, the Italian dinner I had was the worst I've ever eaten in my life! ! The spiny lobster smelled so fishy that I couldn't even eat it, and everything that came out tasted bad. Even the pasta with tomato sauce was so salty that I had never eaten it before. I was not asked anything about the doneness of the meat, and the menu only said that if you would like it well-done, please let me know, but what was actually served was bright red, super-rare meat.I thought it would be medium-rare. So I was disgusted by how rare it was, so I kept most of it. It was also the first time in my life that I was not asked in advance how well the meat should be cooked. In the end, I didn't have anything to eat, so I thought about ordering room service, but there was no room service lolThe customer service from the foreign staff was also a bit questionable, and it's not insanely expensive for a luxury hotel, but honestly, for 80,000 yen, the quality of the customer service and food is completely unreasonable for the price. If you have never stayed in a luxury hotel, this is a good hotel for you! Do you think so?The only view of the sea from the public bath was amazing.

This hotel has the best view from the room and the bathroom. After checking in, you can enjoy a refreshing and delicious welcome drink of plum juice while looking out at the spectacular ocean view. Dinner was an Italian course meal, and breakfast was a buffet. The breakfast buffet was rich in variety and satisfying. The fruits were delicious and there were many kinds. There were bath towels in the bath and pool, so I didn't have to bring them from my room, which was light and comfortable. It feels great because I don't have to use the same thing every time. The view from the open-air bath is spectacular. The room was also clean and relaxing. The sea side had the best view, but next time I would like to stay in a room with an open-air bath.Because it is located on a small mountain, there is no obstruction, and we were able to enjoy the beautiful Shirarahama coastline from our guest rooms and hot springs both morning and night. There was also a shuttle bus to the airport, Shirarahama Beach, Adventure World, and Toretore Market (reservations required the day before), so there was no need to rent a car.Recommended for consecutive nights and hotel stays.Although it is difficult to go to this hotel because it is far away, I would definitely like to use it again.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The Japanese and Italian food was delicious, and the hot springs were also nice. I heard that there are fireworks at Shirarahama Beach in the summer, and I could see them from my room. Thank you very much to the staff for being so polite! I would like to visit you again.

It's located on a hill, and the facilities and employees were very nice. I had an Italian meal and it was delicious. The pool was comfortable and there were floats from the hotel. The bath was a little hot so I couldn't stay in it for long, but the view was nice and it was really relaxing.

The view from the hotel lounge is amazing! is.The spa is even nicer, and is there an open-air space where men and women can take turns bathing? However, since there is a roof, sunburn etc.I'll put it in without worrying. After the spa, enjoy a free drink 🥤 in the space outside.

Access is not particularly good, but since many people come by car and they provide transportation to and from various locations in Shirahama, I didn't experience any inconvenience. In my case, I requested a shuttle to take me to Shirahama Station upon arrival and pick me up at Adventure World, and they kindly agreed to do so, which was very helpful. The format is good as it is located on a hill. The rooms were clean and had a resort feel, allowing us to spend a comfortable vacation. The hot springs are also pleasant and I would like to use them again if I ever visit Shirahama.
