Overview: A lodging facility (cooking guesthouse) in Arita City, Wakayama Prefecture, where you can bring your dog along. An accommodation facility where you can enjoy fresh seafood caught from the local Kii Channel, such as kueh, conger conger, and abalone.Minshuku Matsubayashi is an accommodation facility (hot spring guesthouse) located in Arita City, Wakayama Prefecture. The location is within walking distance from Hatsushima Station on the Kisei Main Line. It is also about 45 minutes by car from the center of Wakayama city. Nearby this facility is Jinoshima, ``the most easily accessible and beautiful uninhabited island in Japan.''Detailed conditions for bringing dogs into this facility are listed on the official website. The outline is as follows.・Up to 2 small dogs are allowed. The fee is 2200 yen per head.・If you bring your pet, please stay in a separate building. You will need to move to the main building (dogs not allowed) to eat and bathe.・It is not possible to accompany guests to the futon.・A certain amount of discipline is required.・Let your cat rest in a cage when sleeping.・Must bring vaccination certificate.Amenities related to dogs include cages, toilet sheets, deodorizing and disinfecting spray, tableware, and trash cans. There are no special dog-related facilities. The guest room we used this time is a separate building that is rented out about 2 minutes walk from the main building. The building is located in a residential area, so it is very quiet. The separate building consists of two Japanese-style rooms, one wooden room with a cage, and a toilet and sink. The restaurant and bathhouse are located in the main building. Although the outbuildings are older, they were kept clean. Also, this time I used it at the beginning of January, and I was able to spend a comfortable time using the air conditioner. As for the meal, this time I chose the standard menu "Natural Que Full Course" (approximately 22,000 yen per person including accommodation fee). I chose this course because it was a luxurious way to enjoy natural kueh. The meal consisted of Kueh hot pot, Kueh thinly made, Fried Kueh, and Nigiri Kueh. The kueh nabe had a rich flavor and a luxuriously voluminous feel, so it was enough to satisfy me on its own. However, the thin sashimi and nigiri of the kueh are chewy and elegantly delicious, the deep-fried kueh has plump meat and rich flavor, and the rice porridge to finish is so flavorful that you'll want to eat it all the way through. I was able to fully enjoy the deliciousness of the kueh that I couldn't understand just by eating it.For breakfast, we had a menu of delicious seafood products, including mirin-boshi horse mackerel and black hanpen, which were also delicious.Summary: Minshuku Matsubayashi is a dog-friendly accommodation facility where you can enjoy fresh seafood from Kii, such as yellowtail, conger eel, and abalone. You can enjoy a full course of rare kueh and conger conger, so this is a recommended accommodation even if you don't bring your dog.

Used on weekdays in July. It was empty since it was before summer vacation.I went there by motorcycle, but I felt safe because I was parking my bicycle in a warehouse near my hotel. The staff at the store are bright and responsive.Accommodation is in a large Japanese-style room on the 2nd floor with a refrigerator. Individual air conditioning allows for detailed adjustments. I was able to use the WIFI without stress.Toilets, baths, and washrooms are shared.Dinner is in a private room at the back of the 1st floor. We had a delicious complete meal of appetizer, sashimi, grilled fish, tempura, hamo nabe, chawanmushi, rice, and miso soup.We also had a leisurely breakfast. The dried horse mackerel and grilled Honeku (swordfish tempura) were delicious. There is nothing around the inn, but the fish dishes are delicious.

My husband brought me here after 23 years of marriage.Anyway, the owner and the employees.Everyone was very friendly and I was able to relax to my heart's content for the first time in a while. I was able to spend time with 🐶 in the annex, but in a good way, there wasn't much interference and we were able to relax together. The food is very delicious, including sashimi and tempura.I also ordered a bespoke single dish.I entered a guesthouse that I want to come back to again! ! !
