People, seriously? You’re paying 1500+ yen for this campsite? You’re really paying and thinking this is a good campsite and that everything is fine here? Let me be honest with you, this is not a campsite as it should be. Paying this kind of money for a patch of grass, a dirty toilet, a broken shower, and a gazebo that doesn’t even shelter you from the rain. Are you kidding me? 😅I’ve been walking around Shikoku for the past 40 days, and every single night — let me emphasize, every single night — I camp in my tent. Trust me, there are dozens of better campsites on Shikoku where you can stay overnight for free. And at those campsites, you’ll find water, phone charging points, clean toilets, and amazing views of the ocean or forest. And you’ll pay nothing or three to five times less than for this so-called "campsite."Especially since there’s a park nearby where you can set up your tent for free, I really don’t understand why anyone would come here and pay for this low-quality site where there’s nothing except a lawn.

Apply in advance by fax.Take trash and ash home with you. There is a kitchen. The use of stoves is prohibited. There is a toilet. Western-style room. My neighbor uses it regularly. When I went there, the neighbors gathered in the kitchen and had the kitchen to themselves. In the morning, it seemed to be a gathering place for park maintenance workers, so there were a lot of people gathered there. In addition, the foreshore of the campsite has a wonderful low tide, and the locals go clam hunting. Is this the true meaning of roadside parking?I used it because it was close to tourist attractions such as Chichibugahama, Tenku no Torii, and Zenigata Sunae. There are private houses nearby, so you can see the scenery of everyday life.

The scenery was nice and I used to use it from time to time, but the other day a very unpleasant lady (the cleaning person?) complained to me that I didn't understand and I felt really bad. I will refrain from using it for a while.

This place is still one of the few that charges very cheaply and has infrastructure! We only paid 1560 yen for 3 people (no extra cost) the night was beautiful, the only negative point is that there is no access to the beach nearby!

Please pay the fee at Kanonji City Hall before use. I own a motorcycle and it cost 1000 yen. The sea is right next to it, but there was a breakwater so I couldn't see the sea from the site, it felt like a park next to the sea. Neighbors such as the farmers next door are taking a walk and relaxing. There is also a washroom and restroom, so please take your trash home with you.

My first impression after arriving was that the road parking was terrible.Cars coming to collect clams are parked on the side of the road, making it difficult to move around. However, there is a separate parking lot for campground users, so don't worry. The reception desk is staffed only during the day in the pavilion at the beach. It's not locked at night, so you won't be locked out even if you go shopping or take a bath. When loading and unloading your luggage, there is a rotary near the tent site that you can drive to, but the passageway is narrow, so if you check in or check out with another group, you might get stuck. Also, local regulars seem to park beside the rotary, but what about the morals? I think so.The ground at the tent site is dirt, but there is also quite a bit of sand mixed in.The location from the tent site is a bit disappointing as the breakwater is right in front of you, but if you go to the end of the breakwater you can see a panoramic view of the ocean. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, and public baths nearby, so there is no inconvenience.

I visited for the first time during Golden Week for camping.I seemed to be the first one, so the receptionist explained to me the areas where I could set up my tent, and I was told that I could pitch my tent anywhere within that area, so I pitched my tent in an open area with no trees on the sea side. (The wind is quite strong)The location was great, with the ocean right in front of you. There was someone catching mate clams on the beach, so I tried to imitate them and caught about 6 of them in about an hour, so I fried them in butter the next day. There are many pine trees in the campsite, so there are pine cones falling all over the place, so you don't need a fire starter when starting a bonfire. There aren't many shaded areas, so it can be quite hot in midsummer. The water hole is located at the very back of the area where you can pitch your tent, so it's a little far away. The toilet seemed to have just been renovated and the toilet bowl was a brand new washlet. There is also a tap to wash your feet next to the toilet. To make a reservation, call the government office. Then download and send the application form. That was the procedure. At night, there were no street lights and the stars could be seen beautifully.Unfortunately, just after 8pm, a van came and started a loud party in an empty space. It's not a place with a permanent manager, so it's really unfortunate that people who haven't gone through the formalities come and make a fuss.

It was 300 yen per person and 700 yen per tent tarp, but the toilet was a washlet. It would be better if I could throw away the trash, but I'm taking it home with me.You can enjoy fishing and digging for mate shells in the sea in front✨There are hot springs and supermarkets nearby, making shopping convenient.
