This is a repeat.I arrived at Shirahama late at night, so I searched and found this inn.I was worried as mentioned in the reviews, but I didn't have any concerns at all.As soon as I arrived around 9pm and parked in the parking lot in front of the entrance, an uncle came out and gave me a warm welcome.I made a reservation on the mountain side, but they kindly guided me to a room on the sea side.It's a nice room as you can see in the photo.I like that the toilet and bath are separate.The hair dryer was in the room as I had informed them in advance (it will be returned to the front desk when checking out).I don't care about the detailsIs this the price?It's a great deal!When you wake up in the morning, the three-tiered wall is right in front of you from the balcony!It's a nice locationWhen I checked out and returned the key to the front desk, I spoke with the gentleman for a bit.It wasn't as scary as the reviews say, but the customer service was polite and gentlemanly, and they kindly gave me directions to get to Katsuura.We had a great time seeing each other off and we had a wonderful night.It's a nice hotel so I used it for the second time.This time we arrived around 9pm, and what a surprise! I was so happy that you remembered me!When I received the key at the front desk, the uncle said,“There’s a chandelier, so don’t be surprised.”I was told.I made a reservation on the mountain side, but this time it was on the 4th floor...but!When I entered the room, the first thing I saw was the living room with a large chandelier, two large sofas 🛋️, and a table.Next to it is the bedroom with two chairs and a table.There are two rooms, so it's very spacious!Even though the price was on the mountain side, the two of us were very impressed.When you enter the room, there is a door on the left. When you open it, there is a toilet door on the left, a large sink beyond that, and a bath in the back.I am grateful for your kindness.I say this from the heart!I'm glad I stayed at this hotel!Uncle! Thank you very much!Next time I come to Shirahama, I would like to use "SPA Inn Shirahama".Thank you for your wonderful time.

First of all, there was one elderly person, whether it was the president or a staff member, who was extremely unfriendly, and I felt bad that someone who had a lot of dissatisfaction with society was serving customers at the front desk. On the day of my arrival, as I was parking in the parking lot next to the hotel, a driver suddenly jumped out and started to pick a fight with me, saying, ``Why are you parking there instead of parking at the hotel entrance?'' Ta. If I don't feel well, I can cancel the hotel reservation, but I can't get a refund. I made a big fuss by myself, and when I came here in February of this year, I complained that there was no refund. When I explained that I had tried to park in the parking lot instead of parking when I was told to park, he remained angry and stunned, but I apologized, saying that my family was with me and that I was sorry. If parking is so important that it makes such a fuss, wouldn't it be more normal to post some kind of information in the parking lot or send information via email? "I'm Korean, so I'm not allowed to eat kimchi in my room. Still, I feel so bad for this old man who expresses prejudice, discrimination, and inferiority complexes toward foreigners while talking nonsense like how glad he is to speak Japanese." Unfortunately, I had a 99.9% enjoyable trip thanks to the many fun, nice, and kind Japanese people I met during my three days in Shirahama.But I hope you stay healthy and live a long life. There is no hair dryer.

He answered all my questions politely, was a friendly and nice person, and when I booked a room on the mountain side, he gave me a room on the inside with a nice view, which was a great service. thank you!The room is also clean and beautiful! Separate toilet and bath!I came by bus, and it's very close to the bus stop!The convenience store is a little far away, only 20 minutes walk away, so is it inconvenient if you suddenly need something? That's all I have trouble with.

Since I don't have a hair dryer, I let my clothes air dry for the first time since I was a child...The inside of my room is clean and easy to use, even though it's getting old.

Although it feels a little old, the room was clean and very comfortable.It was very reasonable and I think it was a good deal considering the price.The customer service from the front desk was also good.

I was very satisfied with my stay at SPA Inn Shirahama. First of all, the price was very reasonable and the cost performance was excellent. The room was clean and spacious, and the view of the sea from the window was beautiful. I was particularly impressed by the owner's kindness. When I checked in, the room was prepared early and I was able to put drinks in the refrigerator so I could enjoy them cold later.
