Dino has created a wonderful place. Everything is green and feels relaxing. The bungalows are very comfortable with a great size and look super authentic. The pool is definitely the highlight of this place, with blooms swimming in the water and so many plants and trees around. To the beach it’s just 2 walking minutes which is also perfect to see the sun rise from the ocean. The breakfast is delicious and we definitely got full. Also the food from the day menu is very recommendable!Dino is a very heartwarming person and we had a long chat with him. Since he lived in Germany for many years we were even able to talk in German effortlessly. We hope to be back some day!

Dino and his team are such a great hosts.Friendly and caring. The pool is just amazing and the whole property looks great.Yes, it is a bit remote but they will happily take you to town free of charge. It can get noisy between the geckos, chickens and mosque but for us, it added to the charm.Beach is the rocky kind, but this has allowed our son to see 1000's of starfish and other sea creatures which was great.Do yourself a favour and book 24h prior a grilled fish at the nearby Robot Bar

An amazing and beautiful place. A must in Pemuteran! The wonderfully friendly people were very welcoming. It’s a magical feeling to swim in the swimming pool at night and look up at the stars. We got this place recommended to us by friends, and we would recommend this to others as well!

Excellent spot a quick 200 meters from the beach, with an amazing pool that makes you never want to leave. The rooms are well appointed with fans and AC (I never even needed the AC), comfy beds, and large bathrooms. The way the space has been designed each room has a very private patio where you can take breakfast, an afternoon snack or beer anytime. The space is at the end of a long slightly dusty road, but thats what gets you quiet and right next to the beach. I had a scooter so made it easy to get out to the restaurants that Dino (resort owner) was able to recommend, but even without a scooter it would have only been 10-15 minute walks to excellent food.I was readily welcomed to the resort, and great recommendations, surprise afternoon snacks, easy to access beer and fresh coconut, along their amazing pool made this an easy choice that I would make again if coming to Pemuteran.

We stayed at Kalyssa for 5 nights and it was the hotel and location we liked most during our stay in Bali.First of all, Dino was super nice and helpful. He himself was not there during our stay but still contacted us to make sure everything was good. Moreover he arranged 2 trips for us and made sure everything runs smoothly. Pemuteran is around a 3/4 our drive from Ubud and Kuta and Dino arranged 2 drivers for us with a really fair price and even made some suggestions for stops along the way.All the other staff was also super nice and helpful and we felt really welcome at Kalyssa Beach. Now to the location as such. It is about a 2 minute walk from the beach which is the perfect location for snorkeling. It is also a bit further away from other hotels, hence, the beach is not crowded at all. (The beach is a bit rocky, so shoes are necessary)The bungalows are built on both sides of the pool so you have super good access to the pool from every side. Even though the buildings are super close to each other, it still feels privat due to the greenery planted. The pool also has the perfect Temperature. You can cool down a bit during the day but still use the pool without freezing during the evening.Free water is provided, which you can fill up whenever needed. The breakfast was super good and I can really recommend the bread which was freshly made. There are a lot of restaurants in a 5-10 minute walking distance. It is a bit dark and the road is a bit rocky, but it is totally fine when using the flashlights of our phone. I was traveling with my sister and even as 2 girls, we never felt unsafe walking back to Kalyssa Beach, even in the dark. All in all, I can just recommend Kalyssa Beach!

This place is one of the nicest I've ever been to! It's super clean, the rooms are nice, the pool is amazing! Like a little green oasis in Permuteran. You can feel that Dino and the stuff love what they do, they are so nice and authentic, really interested in the people. Wifi is also very good. I worked from here and never had any problems with zoom calls or connections. The area is also pretty, very quiet, awesome landscape.Loved my stay!

We've spent a wonderful stay at Kalyssa Beach Bungalows. The owner, Dino, welcomed us himself and took the time to guide us through the different activities and restaurants to do around. We were lucky to talk to him several times during our stay. He was so nice and designed all the bungalows himself. The place is a genuine safe haven, away from crowded Bali in July. The swimming pool is the masterpiece, so beautiful and long enough to swim. Everything was chosen with great taste and love.Thank you so much Dino for having us, we hope we'll be back soon!PS: for people visiting Kalyssa Beach bungalows, having diner at Mr Robot bar with fresh fish is a must! Ask Dino in advance.Mel & Gui

Upon arrival, Dino himself welcomed us into his little paradise and even provided us and other guests with some welcome snacks. Dino and his staff are all very attentive and care about their guests, wanting to make their stay as pleasant as possible. We felt like part of the Kalyssa family and if I hadn’t booked my next stay in another area of Bali (we were traveling across different areas within a month) I would have stayed much longer at this stunning place. So, if you plan to go to Pemuteran, I definitely recommend going to Kalyssa! You won’t regret it 🥰

Kalyssa beach is true hidden gem at the underrated north coast of Bali. Far away from the bustling overcrowded touristy areas in the south, you’ll find a quiet place of solitude with books, delicious local food in the area and super friendly staff. Finally, a high quality pool in the centre of this mini-resort serves as the designated spot to unwind before heading back to the noise of the south.
