The day before I stayed, I contacted Hotel Kimika and was told that the hot water in the unit bath had broken and I couldn't use it.The staff was very helpful (the most important thing).I stayed there as a couple. I asked for a room with a reserved bed, but unfortunately the room is small so I can't recommend it (Room 601).The food is quite good♪Late dinner is early (17:30pm)Creative Japanese cuisine. There is a menu and the meal is half buffet style. It was fun and delicious♪ Karaoke 🎤 It's a bit short for 50 minutes, so it's a shame that the time passed quickly 😱 The review photos of the late night snack are exactly as they are ♪ Everyone took great photos ~

I immediately made a reservation because I heard that it will reopen as Itoen Hotels in March 2023.I think the Chuo Line now has three locations: Isawa, Suwa, and Matsumoto, making it easier to use.Especially for us elderly people, Isawa is a convenient place because it's close and doesn't require much transportation costs. It's been about 20 years since I last visited Isawa, but I was surprised to find that the station was clean and there was an AEON in front of the station! If you like Itoen Hotel and understand the Itoen Hotel's system, I think you might have some complaints, but if it's less than 10,000 yen for 70 minutes of all-you-can-drink alcohol, I'm satisfied.I had a room on the 5th floor with a view of Mt. Fuji, and the tatami mats and shower and toilet seemed to have been renovated, so it was very comfortable. The unique smooth feeling of Isawa Onsen of Yu♨ remained the same as before. Also, please visit us in different seasons.Next time, I'm thinking of planning a trip to Suwa and Isawa for one night each.At this distance, I think it would be nice to take a leisurely trip that stops at each station while looking out the train window (lol)We would like to thank all the staff for their kind and courteous response.(PS)...I used it for the second time in April 2024, but because I applied late, I was told that only Western-style rooms were available, so I accepted, and although it was spacious enough, I was really concerned about the smell when I entered the room. It has become. I felt that the ventilation was poor in the corner room. This was the most disappointing thing.Donbei is very happy that the dinner time has now been reduced to 90 minutes, as the coronavirus has moved to Category 5.

I thought I would make a reservation over the phone, but it felt too bad so I decided against it!

This is a high class hotel among Itoen Hotels. The inside of the hotel was very beautiful. I stayed in a room with an open-air bath. What is different from other Itoen hotels is that containers for glasses and ice are not kept in the room and must be collected at the front desk. If you need ice and a glass, I think it's a good idea to ask for it when you get the key.

Two hot spring sources are used: Isawa Onsen and Kasugai Onsen. The indoor bath is warm but light and slippery. The view from the room with the open-air bath is good, but it is not a hot spring. The hot water flowing into this open-air bath is noisy, but there is a switch in the bathroom to turn it off.During dinner, seats are reserved. From October 1st, we have changed to half-Kaiseki.Each meal comes with a menu. The sashimi was red tuna, sea bream, and sweet shrimp. The newest hotel employees at Itoen Hotel worked hard. The fireworks in the photo were from the twin room on the 4th floor where we stayed on August 24th.

I think the employees are wonderful. How about adding more vending machines? I looked for a table tennis place but couldn't find it, so I guess I'll pass through the buffet venue.
