3 days stayI got there without getting lost from the station, but it took about 10 to 15 minutes on foot. I was walking slowly so it felt further away than I thought. There are old-fashioned restaurants, convenience stores, bicycle rentals, and stylish izakaya nearby. The hotel does not provide meals, but there are places to eat around the area and in front of the station, so it shouldn't be a problem (however, the shops close early, and late at night you'll only be able to eat at izakayas and convenience stores). The exterior of the hotel is brown and very retro. In the lobby, there is a vending machine, today's newspaper and pamphlets from the area, a coin laundry (washing machine and 2 dryers), and a microwave. In addition to the reception, the coin laundry and microwave ovens are often used, so rooms on the first floor can be noisy.I used the coin laundry and microwave, but it was difficult to go up and down the stairs. There is no elevatorAt the reception, the man seemed unmotivated and bad at explaining things, and the woman seemed polite. When I called to inform her that I could check in, I was impressed by the polite response from the woman, who said, ``Please be careful. We will be waiting for you.''However, I came with a rental bicycle and didn't know where to park, so when I asked the man, he told me, ``There is no bicycle parking lot, so please park in the parking lot.'' I had no idea where to park.As other people have reviewed, the entrance to the parking lot is difficult to find. The room was room 205, a single, Mt. Fuji view, second floor, corner room. The hallways are usually dark because they are automatically lit. TV sound leaks from each room.Room 205 is a corner room! However, since there is a smoking area outside nearby, there was a lot of people coming and going, and it was very noisy with the loud sounds of doors opening and closing and some people chatting loudly. On the other hand, it was easier to go in and out of the smoking area from the door of the lobby because it was closer to the room than by walking across the lobby to get to the room.Inside the room (room 205)・Vulnerability of the key (at least I want a door chain on the inside)・There is trash from the previous person in the room.・There are cracks in the wall (cracks in the wallpaper?)・Stand light is wobbly・Two hangers・Extension cord included・Air purifier available-The refrigerator takes a long time to cool down・Slippers are not disposable (the type you don't want to wear barefoot)・I don't really want to wear loungewear because it feels old.・No bed bugs (*as of May 21-24, 2024)・However, the bed sheets had stains and dirt that looked like scabs stuck to something (what is this?)・There was a gap in the bed on the pillow side, and I was worried because my camera and smartphone batteries fell out.・↑I thought it was dirty, but it was clean so I felt relieved.・The air conditioner is too close to the window and is covered by the curtains.・The TV makes a loud noise when I turn it on.・↑However, you can watch YouTube, Netflix, etc. (*Login)・Free Wi-Fi available・Original water and candy available・Coffee, tea, electric kettle, and cups are available, which are common in hotels.・The unit bath has been renovated and is clean and has no musty odor.・The bath is egg-shaped and small, so it might be cramped for larger people.・It was easy to use because there were two shower hooks that could be moved up, down, left and right.・Some mirrors are anti-fog・Amenities include toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, and folding brush only.・No hair dryerWhile I was staying there, I didn't have to clean the room, but I wanted some amenities, so they responded to my request, and when I left in the morning and returned to the hotel at night, they always left a set of amenities, towels, and water near the door of my room. . Especially water was very helpful.Luckily, the clouds cleared and I was able to see Mt. Fuji, but since I was in a corner room, the nearby buildings were covering my room. But I had a room with a view of Mt. Fuji, so I was glad I was able to see it.I have written about it in detail for a long time, but it feels like everything was harmonized with a beautiful unit bath and delicious water.
