The guy at the reception was very friendly, but other than that he was just a third-rate person.Yukata without stringssmall large bathI couldn't take a hot spring bath because the public bath was small. There is no elevator, so you have to go up and down the stairs for each trip. The body that was lying on its side became even more lying on its side.I don't want to stay in a place like this again

There was a puddle in front of my room. The hall is so creepy during the night time. Nice hot tub. Nice library.

The customer service was very friendly and courteous. My husband, who was with me, was also having a hard time eating so much food. It's delicious though. When I returned to my room after breakfast, I found that my futon had been neatly tidied up, but I felt uncomfortable that someone had entered my room. I'm sure some people feel good about being tidy, but I was embarrassed that I left my clothes sloppy and untidy, not knowing that someone would come in. If you had told me, I would have cleaned up more. I think it would have been nice if they had told us at check-in that we could make requests, or that the futons would be cleaned up in advance.

They used it as a base during the race at Fuji Speedway, staying overnight on Friday and Saturday. Since there were a fair number of staff accompanying me on Saturday, I chose a hotel based on the hotel I could get to rather than Gotenba or Mishima, but to be honest, the moment I arrived on Friday, I was like, ``Wow!'' I was surprised. It's not retro, but it feels like a training camp from the Showa era. Also, on that day, my colleague and I were the only guests staying at the hotel, so it was quiet. Seriously? and. However, as time passes, that feeling turns into a plan. The room has so-called tatami mats and futons. It feels like home, which is very relaxing in a good way. A billiards table and manga lounge space available for free. Enjoy the air of Lake Yamanaka on the small terrace. Especially the hot water in the large public bath is very pleasant, isn't it? ? The negative impression you had the moment you arrived will completely disappear in this public bath.Of course, there are many hotels and inns with better facilities and customer service. But somehow, the more time I spend there, the more I feel like I'm at home and feel at home.Although I didn't have it included, the other members who did include dinner and breakfast were also satisfied with it.

The hotel equipment is rudimentary and the heating is insufficient. The whole hotel is cold. Basic first aid medicines are not available. …

The location is far away from Lake Yamanaka and next to the campervan campground in the mountains. It is very remote and the rooms are small. …

A bit under-rated on a few hotel websites, which gave me a bit of hesitation to book. In fact, location wasn't a problem for visitors who drive. Amenities and service were basic. There was no private shower or bath so we needed to go to the public bath. The place was not new for sure but not dirty in my opinion. Staff was friendly and helpful despite some language barrier. Instructions for parking were clear. We stayed in the corner Jap-styled room and the view was superb (weather-dependent). Attached photographs were all taken in our room.
