Completely different than described on Booking.com. There is an event venue next door, which is why you can hear music from morning onwards.

Old Hotel with simple rooms and very few comfort. Airco and kitchen present, but not working ! 😕 Advantage: close to many things to see around Fuji.

In May 2024, it was used as a base for mountain climbing around Lake Kawaguchi and Lake Yamanaka. The location is a little inconvenient for public transportation. The nearest station is Fuji-Q Highland Station, which is less than 2km away and takes about 30 minutes to walk. The nearby convenience store is the 7-Eleven at the Fuji-Q Highland entrance, but if Fuji-Q Highland is closed, it will be closed along with the park. However, there is a Don Quijote about a 5 minute walk from the mountain hut, so shopping was convenient. There is a main building and a separate cottage-like building, and the main building is quite cheap. The cottage seemed reasonably priced.I stayed in the main building. A simple breakfast was included, but it was really simple, so that's what I meant. There is a bath in the room, and there is also a bathhouse that requires advance reservations (in 30-minute increments). Please note that this is not a family bath, but a separate bath for men and women. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the table tennis room, which can be used for 600 yen.Overall, it felt like a clean guesthouse. Because it was cheap, many foreigners used it.Also, there was a piano in the dining room and I was able to play freely 😊

Very Tidy hotel with spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. The close location to Fuji-Q Highland makes it a convenient place to stay.

We loved our two night stay at Bself Fuji Villa! My husband and I stayed in the traditional Japanese room, which was a great experience! Breakfast is included, options were egg sandwiches, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, coffee, juices and toast. There is also onsen but you have to book that in advanced. My husband and I also like the fact that laundry was available on site and while waiting, there is a ping pong table in the room.Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Close to restaurants, grocery stores and Fuji-Q Land.

I used it for a day break in late December. The woman at the reception desk (perhaps a part-time worker?) said, ``We already have a private open-air bath,'' which I was grateful for, but there were so many floating objects in the small open-air bath that I was shocked. was floating. There were a few small insects (although it can't be helped since it's in the mountains), and what caught my attention was a large amount of dirt floating around. Dandruff? I hope it's still just dust... A filthy person had been taking a bath in this room a while before us, and my friend and I were at a loss, thinking that he had just told us that it was boiling. It's an open-air bath that doesn't have circulation, and judging from the appearance of the bath, I think it has been in a state of tension for at least a while.Employees, have you checked the bathrooms? From the reviews, it seems like this doesn't usually happen. My friend who has bad eyesight accidentally got into hot water for a moment and was left with a rash all over his body. The facilities in the room were generally cheap. It was very unpleasant to think about it again. If you are using it for a day trip, please be careful. I hope it's improved.
