I used it on a rainy day in September.The barbecue area also has a retractable roof, so we had no problems even in the rain.The location of the barbecue set was a little difficult to find, but the set contents were sufficient.The room was clean and well stocked with supplies, but one thing I would like to see improved is that if you log in to YouTube using the TV, that user remains there, and future guests can log in. It was in a state of completeness. I would appreciate it if the administrator could set it to delete every time!

The window glass in the room was very large and the view of Mt. Fuji from the sofa was very beautiful.The room facilities and location were perfect, but the cleanliness was very disappointing.The microwave, refrigerator, and kitchen area were very dirty, so I wiped them all down and disinfected them with alcohol before cooking the BBQ.Dish sponges are not new, but worn out after being used many times.Dish detergent and hand soap are too diluted with water and are difficult to use.Even though I was told to wash the sponge and return it after use, I didn't want to use it even if I made a mistake, considering the feelings of the next guest.I think you should get a new sponge.Please keep in mind that this is a place where food is handled, and be tidy.

Because the sky was cloudy, I couldn't see Mt. Fuji or the starry sky as much as I expected, but I was glad that I was able to have some private time and space to have a barbecue and set off fireworks outside.One thing that bothered me was that there were hairs that clearly didn't belong to us in the corners of the room and on the futon, so I felt that the cleaning was not thorough considering the price.

I stayed with the BBQ plan.I gave the "service" 3 stars because the check-in and check-out was completely unattended, but since everything was provided, I didn't need anything as long as I prepared food and drinks. You can also walk to a convenience store, so you don't have to bring anything. The room was clean and the sofa and bed were comfortable. Early in the morning, Mt. Fuji spreads out in front of your eyes, and there is nothing to say about it.I would definitely use it again.

The guest room... has everything you need.Service...Nothing special since it's unmanned. No inconvenience. Just like the rooms, everything you need is available.Location: Convenience stores are nearby, and a supermarket is about 15 minutes by car.It's nice and easy because you can choose your own ingredients and bring them with you. There are many glamping facilities that prepare ingredients that are not delicious or fresh at a high price, so I am very grateful to be able to bring in food freely.I have absolutely no complaints.It was clean and had a great facility and environment.I am planning to visit with my family again in the fall.I told my friends and they immediately booked it too.Thank you for the fun memories.

The location and facilities were very nice and I was very satisfied! The garden was large and the children had fun playing there.There was one thing that I had applied for with the BBQ plan, but the equipment such as charcoal and nets were not installed in the grilling area and were placed under the back of the building, making it very difficult to find.I imagined that if what was placed there was common, an explanation would be necessary in advance.Other than that, I'm very satisfied and would definitely use it again ⭐︎
