I stayed on a weekday, and the price for two people including breakfast and dinner was just under 100,000 yen, which is about the same as a luxury inn, so I had high expectations.However, there were some disappointing points.・The quality of the food is quite low (at this level, I can't accept it unless the price is a little lower)・The bed in the room is hard・There were many flies floating in the hot spring (this was quite surprising)The sauna and Mt. Fuji spreading out in front of me were very nice, but overall I felt that I didn't receive the service that was worth the price.I hope it will be improved in the future.

You have the best view of Mount Fuji, it is the perfect place to have a moment of maximum relaxation, it is just you and nature. The food is served on the terrace of your glampig, the service unreal. We went in June and although it was not the season to climb the mountain, the weather was very good for the rest of the trip.

The best resort with mount fuji view. You literally wake up and the mountain fuji is right there in front of you, you can enjoy the view From your bed, and also great view from the onsen and sauna!Room is very clean , spacious and comfortable . Very Impressive and I Love everything: private fire place, balcony, private hot spring in room . Free unlimited beer. Heated floor. Cool lamp, and wooden digital clock, High quality amenities, towels, sweater, robes, pajamas, blankets, comfy bed and pillows. Love everything!Staffs are polite , helpful and friendly.

I visited for one night on a weekend that was the hottest on record for March. It was truly a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. As the name "sense" suggests, the rooms and facilities have been carefully thought out to the last detail, the exquisite customer service is second to none, the best food both night and morning, and the best of Mt. Fuji spread out before your eyes. . . This is the first time I have felt so disappointed when checking out. The only thing that made us choose room number 4 was that the mattress on the bed was a little too hard for us, and the table on the balcony was making a flopping noise in the middle of the night due to strong winds. Only points. However, everything else was wonderful enough to make up for the lack of sleep. I'm not usually the type to write reviews like this, but it was so wonderful that I had to write one. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work. I would definitely like to visit again in a different season!
