A very warm and hospitable establishment. Without them, our family of three might have had to spend the night in the mountains. We are truly very grateful!Last week, we made reservations for the fireworks display at Lake Yamanaka. We didn't expect that after the event ended, there would be no shuttle services available. Moreover, I had bought a Japanese data SIM card rather than a phone card, so I wanted to use an app to call a taxi, but couldn't receive the verification code due to not having a phone number...When we were walking in the rain through the mountains, feeling desperate, we saw the sign for this establishment. We wanted to ask them to help us call a taxi. The two staff members were extremely helpful, continuously calling several taxi companies for us. Of course, we're also very grateful to the off-duty taxi service staff who came up the mountain late at night to pick us up and take us down. This whole experience left us with a very good impression of Mount Fuji. My husband and I have agreed that next time we come, we must stay at this establishment!

We had an excellent stay; they were very kind in ensuring we enjoyed the experience. The view from the rooms is very good, as you can see Mount Fuji from them. Additionally, the surroundings are beautiful and the location is very close to the Yamanakako Hirano bus stop. I highly recommend getting also breakfast and dinner, as they are delicious and plentiful.

Really enjoyed our stay here during my family vacation. Although the room is rather basic, without most of the amenities such as fridge, room phone or kettle, etc, the room is spacious and cosy. You can see Mount Fuji directly from your room on a clear day.The ryokan is close to the Hirano bus terminal and Yamanakako Lake. Would recommend you drive there although the bus stop is near by. Will be more convenient if you drive as the bus operating hour is rather short and can be packed on weekend. What I love most is their hospitality and the meals they prepared. The meals are really delicious and generous in quantity. おばさんand お姉さん are really friendly. We were rather late on check-in day (cause we took a wrong train getting there), but they were very patient and waited for us and even served us dinner when we arrived at around 8 plus in the evening.(ごめんなさい、 おばさん お姉さん for the trouble) You can ask them for advice with your planned itineraries. They offered to send us to Yamanakako Asahigaoka bus stand when we planned to go to Gotemba. You can communicate to お姉さんwith goggle translate app.Thank you for the hospitality, and I really hope to come back here again soon.

We used it as a parking lot when visiting SWEETLOVESHOWER2023. It was a great service to rent out toilets and other facilities. The venue is not far away and can be easily reached on foot.

Baths, toilets, and washrooms are shared. Wifi available. The walls are thin, but the food is delicious, so overall it's a good value for money guesthouse. I could see Mt. Fuji from my room. It is about a 5 minute walk to the shore of Lake Yamanaka.
