It was my first time glamping and I was really looking forward to it, but it was quite disappointing. If you don't like insects, it's best not to go. I went there in November, and there were stink bugs everywhere in the room, so I couldn't relax because I was worried about all the bugs. Maybe it can't be helped because it's a mountain, but if the staff had at least taken care of it, I might not have felt this way.I dream of camping, but I don't like insects, so I decided to go glamping, but glamping didn't work either.

This glamping site is amazing and incredibly enjoyable! We stayed for two nights in "Bell 3." We were fortunate to check in on a sunny day, which offered a spectacular view of Mt. Fuji. However, we checked out on a cloudy day, so unfortunately, Mt. Fuji was a bit shy on our last day. The view isn't guaranteed, but it’s definitely worth hoping for!We opted for the plan that included dinner and breakfast. The meals were delightful, featuring wagyu beef on the first night and a variety of seafood on the second. Although we had to do a little cooking ourselves, most of the preparation was already done. They struck a perfect balance between the camping vibe and excellent hospitality. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing transportation from Kawaguchiko Station to the site, giving us a tour, assisting with the electric bikes, preparing the sauna, and eventually driving us back to the station. Communication in English was available, and they were responsive to inquiries via WhatsApp and Line.Regarding amenities, the site includes a mini fridge, coffee beans and grinder, water kettle, charming wooden cups, towels, toothbrushes, Japanese pajamas (samue), slippers, a heated blanket, a fan and insects repellent. There were some insects around, but we were only visitors, and they actually live there. They also sell snacks, drinks, and fireworks at the reception. The attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I would definitely visit again, and I hope to return soon!
