Before departure, I saw comments saying that there was a problem with the self-service check in, so I was mentally prepared in advance. Later, I found that if I got stuck, I just asked the online customer service for help and it was solved smoothly.The soundproofing of the room is not very good, but the equipment inside is very complete. However, I still feel that after experiencing it once, I will not want to extend my stay or return.

Easy checked in without problem with prior online check in before arrival. No public transportation at this area, suitable for local or overseas tourist who have self driving. Location about 1 km from the shopping area. Very clean. 1 bed room with 2 twin queen size beds at the 1st floor, standard bed room. Have a space living room together with dining table, kitchen complete with refrigerator, cook top, sink, microwave, kettle and standard kitchenware. Laundry room, sauna room. 2nd floor has a big bedroom can fit 1 family with 3 children, 1 small activity room, 1 shower room with a small onshen. This is a western style villa, nice to staying here for 2 nights with 7 people. The most inconvenience is the fire alarm explosion in the midnight at 2am and keep the alarm sound as long as 3 minutes, caused us woke up whole family. This smoke alarm explored interval half and one hour. This is the most unhappy to stay at Rakutan Stay Villa.

I previously stayed at Rakuten Villa in Kobuchizawa, so I decided to change places again this time and booked this facility. (Since I am bringing my dog, I booked a dog-friendly wing with a garden at the dog run.)First of all, the building and rooms are basically clean and equipped with a kitchen, cooking utensils, and washing machine, so it's a great place to stay with a large number of people (with children).However, when I entered and looked outside, I was surprised.There were so many weeds that I couldn't believe it was a dog run, and the garden didn't seem to have been maintained at all.This weed is easily taller than a small dog. Even if you're an adult, you can't even see your shoes below your knees.I'm not saying that the lawn should be swollen, and I don't think people should mow it every day, but wouldn't they notice it when they clean their room and report it to the management headquarters?I think it's okay to lend it out in this situation.Of course, I immediately reported the situation on my tablet.``As it is an unmanned facility, I cannot come right away, but I can mow the grass the next day,'' so I asked them to come.Since we were staying for two nights, we were able to use the garden for a bit after mowing, but if we were staying just one night, we would have gotten a refund and returned immediately.My impressions of the operator who answered the call and the person who came to mow the grass the next day were polite and very nice, so if I couldn't handle it, I would change to artificial turf or change the manual or management method. I thought it would be better. (It's a good facility, but it's a waste)Another thing I noticed is thatIt's fine for part-time cleaners to bring their children, but I also like the fact that in the shared space that was also used by the customers in the middle, several people were running around playing tag and climbing onto the sofas with their shoes on. I think it's something.Please don't forget that we have guests staying for multiple nights.If they are allowing children to come with them, I feel they should be more considerate of those around them by creating a waiting area.I felt very sick.

There is no problem with self-service check-in. At least you need to fix the hardware and take a photo of your passport and upload it, but the Internet will be disconnected. After finally succeeding, the visibility is not high, and the information has to be filled in one by one. The seven of us checked in quickly. For two hours, the kids fell asleep in the lobby and couldn't get into the room. The service didn't even want to give one star. It was really bad.
