The view is really amazing (even when mount Fuji is not visible because of the weather). You can see the city lights and lake from the top and magnificent forest. It’s quite high, so sometimes it happens that you can’t see Fuji from the city but can see it’s top from this glamping place. Waterfall is 5minutes by foot. Staff is very polite and friendly. You can get delicious coffee and food in the caffe. Oh, they also offer shuttle service to the city and back to the top at specific times. It was really a great stay. 🤩❤️

There is a great café here with delicious sandwiches. We cycled up here on the Pedelecs from the Kawaguchiko Asama Shrine, which is easy to do and from the café it's only a 10-minute walk to the waterfall.

Stayed here at the beginning of August, got the shuttle up at 3pm from Lake Kawaguchiko station. A 15 minute drive up the mountain, husband opted to have the meal which was a lot for one person but good value. Sadly no vegetarian options so purchased food from the supermarket beforehand as we were only staying there for one night. It’s cosy and each hut feels secluded from one another, rained but cleared up straight away. Late into the evening Fuji made an appearance and in the morning. Beautiful to see and a quaint place to get away from the hustle and bustle in Tokyo. The bugs in the evening were unpleasant but expected and spray is in your hut if needed. Room can get a little hot but there is a fan inside you can run. Breakfast was a mozzarella pizza bread with soup and pickled vegetables.Only negative was the shower, it was very small, felt unclean due to floor and the floor needed to be washed and the mat replaced. Other than that, it was a peaceful stay and we would go back. If you do visit the shrine, a 5 minute walk to Asama shrine please ensure you carry yen it is 100 yen per person for a photo with no tripods. Suited us but saw a few people arrive then walk away as they didn’t have yen on them.Would love to visit in a different season, see vegetarian meals offered (tofu or soy meat) and stay longer next time. Hosts were very friendly, there is a guide book inside your hut and language barrier isn’t an issue.💙🗻

I had a nice night's stay. Although it depends on the weather, we could see Mt. Fuji clearly in the morning, and we were very satisfied. A bonfire in the middle of summer? However, the night was cool and the bonfire was soothing.

Super nice view. Very good rules. A waterfall nearby. I can recommend it. Only the pictures on the booking page were very old. So you could invest a little something in the complex. Especially with the prices, which are unusually high by Japanese standards. Expensive even for Germans. But the view made everything go away. Beautiful.
