You can enjoy the atmosphere of an old folk house while staying comfortably as it has been renovated.I visited in late summer, and there weren't many insects, so I had a nice vacation.There are no commercial facilities nearby, but that's a good thing.

A quaint inn that is a 3-story, 130-year-old traditional house that has been renovated into a stylish modern Japanese style. It has a complex structure, probably because it was a renovated house that was used for sericulture. It is very nostalgic for the Showa generation, with its screw-type locks, transoms, rickety wooden sliding doors, and steep, narrow stairs. The bath, which was renovated from a storehouse, is very unique. The cupboards and tableware seem to be from that time and are used as antiques. I learned calligraphy and wrote letters to myself a year from now. I think a good way to spend your time is to relax and enjoy the inn itself in a village where you can hear local broadcasts.The service provided by the people at the hotel was excellent. Since they are not permanently stationed at the inn, we communicate through iPad chat and phone calls, but it was not particularly inconvenient. Surprisingly, there aren't many insects. There are no convenience stores or hospitals nearby, so you need to be prepared.

It's no exaggeration to say that it was the best experience I've ever had in my life, in addition to the high quality service, it was a mesmerizing space. I had a very pleasant time.Not only were there plenty of amenities, but they also had cages and dishes for dogs!I heard that there are affiliated inns in Chiba and Yamanashi, so I would like to visit the other inns as well!

I stayed with my dog for 1 night and 2 days on June 25th and 26th, and it was no exaggeration to say that it was the best stay in my life, and it was such a memorable stay!The fish and meat cooked in the hearth were fluffy and delicious. The vegetables were plentiful and satisfying even for those of us with large stomachs. I felt the high level of hospitality as they made fried rice balls for me and played with my dog a lot!The whole house was reserved for us, and it was more than enough space for two people and their dog, and the dog seemed to enjoy exploring the room! The room was so large that I was concerned about the effectiveness of the air conditioner, but there were no problems at all.There was a calligraphy set on the 3rd floor, and it was a very exciting experience for me since I was a student! Also, I was able to write a letter to myself a year from now, make a bonfire, and feel the slow flow of time, which is different from my normal life.It seems like it's a good idea to bring fireworks with you, so if I need to help you again, I'd like to bring them with you 🎇When we saw us off from the inn, they waved at us until we were out of sight, and it was an old Japanese-style inn that made us want to come back again! I also wanted to go to the affiliated dog accommodation 🐶I didn't ask for the name of the person in charge, but thank you very much for the wonderful time!p.s There is also an album of dogs who stayed there, so I would like to stay there again to see photos of my children (lol)

I stayed here for 2 nights during a holiday trip.This inn is a tastefully renovated 90-year-old traditional house. The perfect location to soothe your mind and body, surrounded by tranquility and tired of the city. My dog was also very happy to be able to jump around and play in the spacious room.The staff also treated me with an appropriate sense of distance, which made a very good impression. Dinner was also delicious with local ingredients grilled in the hearth.[Good point 😊]・The whole old private house is rented, so you can enjoy the luxury of spending time without worrying about anyone. There's no TV, so it feels like you've traveled back in time.・The best sense of indoor and outdoor renovation・Thorough cleaning・Warm customer service・You can make a bonfire in the garden![Not so good🥲]・It can't be helped, but there aren't many attractions around.・I think the vegetables for dinner were a little too big.

The service was the best of any hotel I've ever stayed at! First of all, as soon as I entered, I was greeted and helped with my luggage. They gave detailed explanations of the room, and there was a chat service using an iPad and speakers, so it was easy to spend my time there. There were 5 people in the room, and the room was spacious enough and clean. There were many types of tea and all were delicious. The staff prepared everything for dinner and explained everything carefully. The food was also very delicious! ! ! There were vegetables and wine beef, so I was full. They also prepared wine to suit us, put marshmallows on us, and gave us a surprise check.The hospitality was amazing.There was a lot of hands-on content such as calligraphy, bonfires, making soba noodles, and writing a letter to yourself one year from now! As it was my first time there, I had a very fulfilling time. I thought it would be a little cold since it was early spring in an old folk house, but it was warm inside as there was an air conditioner and a stove! The atmosphere in the bathroom was also great! The bedroom was clean, and the mattress and pillow fit perfectly so I slept well. The salmon for breakfast was also delicious.It's a perfect score of 200! ! ! ! ! !Thank you for the 2 days.

My wife booked us a little escape for my birthday and it was by far one of the best experiences/stays we had in a long time.The absence of a Tv made our stay more enjoyable i would say. Being able to just relax, enjoy some tea, calligraphy, a bath or the campfire at night and the list goes on. It was a much needed break and would definitely love to be stay there again

I used it on a family trip with my dog.The whole family was very satisfied with the clean, stylish and comfortable space!The children especially loved the cypress bath and took a bath many times.It was also great to have experiences that you wouldn't normally get to have, such as having a hearth meal, doing calligraphy, and having a bonfire.Mr. Kondo who served the customer.thank you very much. I felt a lot of warmth in the casual consideration and each and every response. Thank you for your help.

I used it in mid-November.Being an old folk house, I enjoyed the wonderful space, including the hearth and stove, which I don't get to experience in everyday life. After dinner, we were able to enjoy sparklers around a bonfire in the garden.It seemed like you could check in with the staff without meeting them face-to-face, but I decided to do it face-to-face.The service was friendly and I was able to enjoy dinner time. The dogs also quickly became attached to them.This calligraphy house has 2nd and 3rd floors, but since it is an old private house, the stairs are steep, so be careful. The toilet is only on the first floor, so I don't recommend this for people who are worried about going up and down the stairs, but I think the small inconvenience of an old private house will be attractive to people who don't have such worries.

It was my first experience staying in an old folk house and it was wonderful. The kindness of Mr. Kondo, the person in charge, was really nice. It was great.Since it is an old private house, the stairs are steep, so you need to be careful when using the toilet at night.

I visited with my dog and family.On the way to the inn, I passed through a tunnel that only allowed one vehicle to pass, and was impressed by the old folk house, which exceeded my expectations. With reasonable service and a sense of distance, I felt as relaxed as my friend's grandma's house.

This was my first time staying here.Although I was not used to outdoor activities, I was able to enjoy my time by helping with preparing the irori hearth and bonfire.Thank you for being so considerate and accommodating even though I had my dog with me.The marshmallows and Akebono soybeans were very delicious.

I stayed with my dog for 1 night and 2 days from September 7th.This is the second time I have stayed at a Rufu series.The accommodation was well kept and clean, the food was delicious, and above all, the person in charge of the stay, Mr. Mochizuki, was wonderful.She was bright and energetic, it was fun to talk to her, and she even prepared a surprise gift of flowers.Thanks to all of you, I had a wonderful and pleasant birthday.Thank you for this time.

I stayed with my family in March. My family loves old folk houses, so from the moment we entered, we were greeted with cheers. It has a wide dirt floor and a high atrium that takes advantage of the structure of the building. Kotatsu and hearth. Bedroom above the stairs. Baths and other facilities are located in renovated storehouses. There are many things to see and I enjoyed my stay while imagining how people lived in the past. Since I made the reservation at the last minute, the food was not ready in time and I was not able to eat it, so I didn't meet the host and didn't have much of a chance to experience the service, but it was not an inconvenience. did.

When I was looking for a place to go for a family trip, I was able to find Rufu Sho-no-ya, an old folk house.I considered other places, but I was drawn to the cypress bath so I chose this one.It was my first time staying in an old folk house, but I was a little confused at times as the facilities were state-of-the-art (lol).Although the weather was not good, we were able to enjoy the pellet stove and have the bonfire set moved.The person in charge set up everything including the hearth and gave detailed explanations.I was able to spend a relaxing time in a very quiet environment.I would like to visit again in a different season.
