Is your room smelling like armpit odor? I don't know if there is any residue left, but no matter how much ventilation or recess I put on it, it's stuck and I can't get it off. Anyway, it was filled with a sweaty smell, a unique smell, and a dust-like smell.Dust and dirt have accumulated throughout the facility, and the smell seems to have taken root because the cleaning has not been done properly.At this point, it's an extremely negative rating, so it's a ☆1.I would have liked for someone to at least tell me about it before I say it.The food was quite good and delicious. My dog was noisy, but he took care of it without making a bad face.

The owners were very kind and accommodating during my stay. They speak English well, so foreigners can feel at ease. The big bathroom has a view of Mt. Fugi and is very relaxing. Whether you come with a pet or not, you will have a great time at this comfy place!

Thank you for taking care of my family of 4 and my dog.It was my first overnight trip with my dog, so I was nervous, but I was very satisfied.The guest room was spacious enough for a family of four, and the meals, both dinner and breakfast, satisfied the whole family.I was the only one who drank a little too much beer and wine... (lol)I was so moved that I was able to meet a wild deer while walking with my dog at night!I would like to go again if I have a chance!

My dog escaped from the dog park at night and ended up chasing a deer. There seemed to be a gap in the entrance door. When I called the people at the hostel, they told me things like, ``I often go somewhere and never come back,'' ``There's no way I can leave if the entrance is empty,'' and ``Please don't use the dog run at night.'' It makes my heart freeze. They were very angry and wouldn't even bring me a light unless I asked for it.She is a child who can be called back, so I kept calling her name, believing that she would come back, and somehow she showed up safely.The reason I went to the dog park at night was because there was a group of people who were gathered and chatting until after 10 o'clock, and my dog, who I had been trying to put up with, became strangely nervous, and I wanted to relieve that tension. The people at the hostel pay no attention to that group. It can be many times more stressful for a dog to hear chatter and other dogs barking intermittently for long periods of time in the small enclosure of a pension.I will never stay at a pension-like place again. We also recommend that you learn about dogs once again at this inn.additionI looked to see if there was a response from the inn...I see, I wanted to lower my rating even further.In fact, it is true that I broke the rules, so I am sorry. However, the accommodation's response is also true.➀ Nothing was said at check-in about the prohibition of using the dog run at night. I would like you to say something about the prohibition. I read the website when making the reservation, but I can't remember everything.➁ It was my mistake that my dog went out through the gap in the door without a leash. This was my first time staying at a pension while traveling alone. It's located a little way from Lake Yamanaka, but we were able to pick it up and pick it up. The meals, including the steak for dinner, were delicious and plentiful. The single room was quiet and calm with the sounds of birds chirping. Also, the bath gets warm like a hot spring. I rented it out and was able to relax. The paintings in the dining room were beautiful. It was interesting to see some other little things on display. The owner was also very natural and friendly.
