Headline - Ok location, fine rooms, the dryer doesn't work and caused us issuesDetails - The combined washer dryer was a disaster for us. Was able to wash n our night here, but had an error code flashing during drying cycle. I cleared out the lint as per the 04 error msg (I notice that the hose that I couldn't access without screwdriver was full off lint) but didn't really work after. My partner got it to work in the morning but tried many combinations of drying and our clothes were still wet after. A bit of a waste of time for us and had to spend time squeezing out water from our clothes. There was only a small metal pole we could hang the clothes from which wasn't enough for our clothes. Please get the machine working, I note that this is mentioned in another review from earlier this year too.Other than that we enjoyed our stay. It was cute and good for what we needed. 20m walk from some shrines. (Note that the path from the bus station 20m away is very bumpy but this is not part of the property.The facilities/look of the place is a little dated and I found some fingernail clippings in the lounge room but otherwise clean. I appreciated all the charging cords in the lounge room.Review would have been 3-4/5 if it were not for our issues with the combined dryer/washing machine.

I stayed with my family, but considering the price, the washing machine wasn't cleaned and stopped working, and the bathroom window was broken. Also, the second floor is the main space, and is there an air freshener? There were some inconveniences, such as the strong aroma of the air and the small refrigerator for my family. It was nice that there were plenty of chargers and towels available.

This is a good inn for groups coming by car or motorcycle, as it is close to Fuji-Q Highland and Lake Kawaguchi.The owner's response is quick and kind!Conveniently located with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.
