I think the customer service is a little lackluster, but considering the rooms and meals, the cost performance is good enough. There are some reviews asking for hotel-like customer service, but if you want that, you should stay at a luxury resort hotel.

It's a very relaxing and wonderful inn that I would recommend to others. The building is still relatively new, and you can see that a lot of care has been taken in every detail. The food was great, and I was able to see Mt. Fuji and the trees in the garden from the balcony, and relax in the open-air bath. Personally, I found the pillow to be a bit hard.

We could see Mt. Fuji in the morning, and the food was delicious.

The pension is located on a slightly higher ground, so the view is very nice. When I visited, I was sad that Mt. Fuji was covered in clouds and I couldn't see it, but you can still enjoy the beautiful scenery. I could see it in the morning, so it's OK. You can enjoy the open-air bath by making a reservation. It will soothe the fatigue of your journey. And best of all, the food is very delicious. There was no place to be stingy. If anything, the only thing I would say is that the road to get to the pension is narrow and has a steep slope. It is a recommended place for family trips.

I was interested in the European style so I made a reservation. The building and atmosphere were as expected and felt like I had come to study abroad. The Japanese-Western room accommodated up to 4 people, and although the space in the Western-style room was spacious, the tatami area was tight when laying down futons. I was happy to be able to see Mt. Fuji from my room window. The food was described as European home cooking, and it was just like that. The bread was very tasty. As others have said, I felt like the customer service was overly concerned about the coronavirus and disliked me. When checking in and checking out, if you hand over your documents, they will quickly distance you from you. Even when I was eating, I could barely hear the explanation of the menu, and the plates were placed at a distance from each other, so the plates were sometimes piled together, so I didn't feel very comfortable.I haven't stayed at many pensions so I don't know the standard, but there were no sales smiles. It felt like I came to study abroad and stayed with a difficult-looking couple.

It is customary for us to stay for two nights near the Fuji Five Lakes during the New Year holidays, and we decided to stay one night at a hotel and the other night at a pension, so we booked this place based on the good reviews.Sorry, this is the score.Infection control measures are perfect.Or say. It's too much and I feel like I'm being treated like a germ. After handing over the guest list and change, I quickly moved about 2 meters away. I don't know what you're talking about...If you don't like interacting with people that much during this coronavirus pandemic, you won't be able to manage a pension.Other.I don't feel like it.One word. No, two. Three are missing. It would be enough to say that I don't talk much, but that's not the case in the customer service industry.I understand that they are very particular about the food, but a small course at a family restaurant? It's like a set meal. The only thing I can praise is that, considering it's a pension, the inside of the building was spacious. This price is reasonable during the year-end and New Year holidays.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Refills of piping hot bread were OK. I used a separate room, but the indoor bath was large, and I could see Mt. Fuji from the terrace. I also took a relaxing bath in the private open-air bath. The entire building is a stylish Western-style building. I want to repeat it again.

I was nervous and anxious because I couldn't find the meal information when I made the reservation, but I had a very delicious meal. The freshly baked bread at dinner and breakfast is also very delicious and satisfying. The only regret was that Mt. Fuji was shy and hid his face.
