Used on 10/10, welcome drink coffee and juice available until 10pm, hot springs (1st and 2nd floors change daily), but there is a sauna on the 1st floor, and the bathtub is nice and spacious. Breakfast is also a buffet (about 20 items), but it is delicious.

I stayed in a twin room on the 5th floor. The hot water supply equipment in the bath is old, but the temperature of the hot water is constant and if you adjust it first, it stays at that temperature, so there was no problem with using it. The room was spacious, the bed was a semi-double, and the Wi-Fi worked fine for just checking out SNS. The room was one step higher than where you take off your shoes, so it was comfortable.Another good thing is that the slippers come with an insole that you can stick on, so if you stick it on, you don't have to worry about the previous user. The hotel is located near an intersection, and the windows are double glazed and the curtains are thick. It may also have a soundproofing function. I could hear the noise of noisy motorbikes passing by, but other than that I didn't notice any noise. I could hardly hear it.Welcome drinks such as coffee, cocoa, tea, and soft drinks are available in the restaurant, and you can take them to your room. I was happy that there were many types of drinks. There are 4 parking lots available. It's at the back of the hotel, in front of the entrance, across the street from the ramen shop next to the hotel (with the hotel name and a 🅿️ sign). The parking lots in front of the entrance seem to fill up in the evening, but the parking lots in other locations seem to fill up gradually.I took a short walk outside to eat dinner, but there were bicycles to rent, so I thought it would be a good idea to use them. The elevator seemed to be full with only 3 or 4 people on board, but when I stayed there, everyone was bowing to each other and making concessions when using the elevator. There is a hot spring and the rooms are comfortable, so are you staying here regularly? You may be staying with all the facilities already included.I will use them again.

The rooms are a bit old-fashioned business hotel. There was enough space and the cleaning was done properly. The hot springs that can be accessed late at night and early in the morning (day trip possible) are wonderful.Breakfast is included, the location is good, and the price is low, so I think it's a very good value for money.

This is my regular lodging when I go to Kofu. |It's in the suburbs, has good access by car, and is reasonably priced. |The building is a little old, but I like the hot springs. …
