I am not sure where to send the complaint, so I will write it here. The customer service of the woman starting with M who was making the omelet for breakfast was not good, so I would like to request improvement. The staff was generally unfriendly, and I felt particularly cold towards people who didn't know how to put in the ingredients themselves and hand them over.I think it would be a good idea to speak up to those who don't understand.Overall I am satisfied with the hotel.

Last time I stayed for one night, I forgot something important for my child on the way home, and when I contacted them, they said they couldn't find it. I had just left the hotel, so I didn't say anything about it anywhere, but they said the last time they saw it there, it wasn't there, so I said I'd go look for it, and it was there in plain sight. As expected, it's a cheap hotel with a lot of people, so the response is really appropriate.Afterwards, I had forgotten to log out of Netflix, so I asked her to do so. However, it had something to do with the name, so when I contacted Netflix, they told me that I hadn't logged out. It was really inappropriate and I thought that a trip with good memories could end up with such a bad feeling due to the way the service was provided. It's my family's fault for forgetting, but the only person who can take care of this is the hotel, so I hope they will take care of it.The rooms, food, and bathrooms are average. When I went to Wakayama, Kaishu was much better.

This is a hotel I've wanted to visit for years.I really wanted to see the gorgeous pillars and interior because it was built during the bubble era.It was truly spectacular.

A wonderful and gorgeous hotel filled with the owner's passion. You will be overwhelmed by the exterior and feel the moment you enter the lobby.Mosaic-patterned floors, gold-leafed ceilings, pillars worth 100 million yen each, etc. There is a tour of the facility, so if you take part, you can understand the commitment. The walls of the elevator are marble? (lol)The room is large! I am overwhelmed by the chandelier above the bed.The hot springs are melty.Buffets are king, my king. All the dishes are of a higher rank than buffets at other hotels. The rice balls are delicious (lol)Oh, the dessert performance is also fun. Many of the staff members are from other countries, but they are very polite and pleasant. The next day, I stayed at a hotel with a buffet from a national chain, but I ended up ordering the wrong order. Even though the accommodation costs are twice as much, I end up comparing them (although it's obvious that yesterday's was better). There were no noisy people, probably due to the high level of civility of the guests.

``The purpose of my trip is sightseeing, so any hotel is fine as long as it has a shower and I can sleep normally.''That's what I was thinking, but Hotel Kawakyu turned out to be a wonderful hotel that made me want to drive all the way to Nanki Shirahama just to stay here.A gorgeous interior and exterior that is extremely extraordinary, a large hot spring bath that will melt you in the face, and a feeling of being glad to be alive! The King's Buffet is so luxurious that you can feel it from the bottom of your heart. All of the dishes, including sashimi, sushi, roast beef, and croissants, were exquisite, but the curry and French toast in particular were the most delicious I've had in my 50 years of living.Thank you for a dream-like day!I will definitely come again m(__)m

I heard that this hotel is famous in Shirahama, so I checked in in time for the free hotel tour starting at 4pm. The exterior and many works of art inside the museum have never been seen before. …
