Because the price was higher than usual, we evaluated it strictly.First of all, there is no chime or notification on the door, so if you say someone is in the room and go outside without the key, you will not be able to hear it from inside even if you turn on the door when you want to enter the room. You will end up staying where you are. Another problem was the internet. There are many places where you can't connect to the internet, and even if you use your LINE phone, you won't be able to connect or the communication environment will be poor and intermittent. ▶︎Since I went with my family, I had a hard time sharing information. In the end, even when I wanted to go into my room, I couldn't call anyone inside. By the way, my main device is an iPhone.Regarding the internet, there is no password and there is a manual in the room? It was also a problem because it wasn't displayed even though it was like that. I would like you to write that you can connect to this WiFi.Other issues include the musty smell on the rooftop, the only charging port in the sleeping area (different from the distinct smell from the hot springs), and the lack of extension cords. Even if you want to use the beauty salon, the opening hours and prices are not listed, and the vending machines on the rooftop are almost sold out. There is only one space to throw away razors, the blow dryer is weak, the number of customers is supposed to be small, but they are next to each other, what effect does a cloudy bath have, and why is it white? There were many things that I would like to see improved, such as clarifying things like this.In particular, I felt that there was a lack of consideration for elderly people rather than young people, including the fact that there was no slope along the long distance to the roof.I would understand if it were a budget hotel, but this is a members only hotel. I wish they could differentiate themselves a little more from other hotels. This made me think that I should consider whether a budget hotel would be more accommodating and considerate.By the way, the course meals and scenery are spectacular 💪I've read other people's reviews, and I think it's a hotel that will likely be divided between those who like it and those who don't, so I recommend you to set your bar low.🚗³

The tall receptionist woman who is rude every time bothers me. It's annoying that if something is even slightly irregular, the tone of his voice changes and he makes a disgusted face. The water that used to be in the guest room is no longer there, maybe it's a cost cutting measure? disappointing. I was surprised to see a sticky note with the customer's name and room number written on it in front of the elevator. The location is nice because you can see Mt. Fuji.

It is wonderful to be able to see the panoramic view of Mt. Fuji across Lake Yamanaka while taking a bath. It's a great location where you can eat while looking at Mt. Fuji across Lake Yamanaka. Unfortunately, we couldn't see Mt. Fuji from the pet room.

I think it's the best location for a hotel with a view of Mt. Fuji. The interior of the hotel also has a wonderful interior. I've been using it ever since it opened, and I look forward to it every time because Mt. Fuji looks different every season.
