[Very poor customer service] Others have written about it, but the employees have a bad attitude...I was surprised at how unfriendly all the employees I encountered were. I went there because the reviews weren't bad, but the customer service is really bad, so don't expect too much. When we stayed there, it was common for people not to smile, not say hello, and not make eye contact. Also, there was no one in the cafe after the evening, and no one came when I called. I had no choice but to call someone at the front desk, and when I checked the cafe's business hours just to be sure, they replied, "It's open until 6:00 p.m." However, there was a sign on the wall inside the building that said ``The cafe closes at 21:00.'' When I asked the front desk again, the same woman said, ``Then it's 9pm.'' So, what then? ? (crying). For day use, it seems that the time is until 18:00, so did I make a mistake? ? In any case, he didn't say a single word of apology, and for some reason he just said that in a bad mood and tried to get back to work. From beginning to end, he looked incredibly unhappy. I don't usually write reviews like this, but I was so disappointed that I wrote one. I would like to use the dog run more widely, so I would like them to retrain their employees. . . If you are the owner or the person in charge, thank you very much.

This was my dog's third visit since it was my dog's birthday month. We visited with a border collie, 2 adults, and 2 children.Although it was Sunday, all indoor dog runs were closed for private events, and there were very few customers other than the dogs and their owners who had gathered for the event.I had to check the event information in advance...So, although it was a great opportunity to go to the dog run, it was mostly individual play and I couldn't play with other dogs. The dog run itself is very spacious, so you can be quite satisfied with the amount of exercise you get. However, the inside of the hotel was not kept clean at all, and the tires on the signboard and the hair dryer room in the pool were full of hair, making it uncomfortable. There is no staff at all, with only one man running the front desk, shop, and cafe, which is quite inefficient. He wasn't friendly at all, and his attitude made me think he hated dogs. I feel sorry for being left with such responsibility alone. If the price of the cafe could be set higher, I wouldn't just use it.Admission fees and pool fees seem to have increased since October, so they are expensive.I'm looking for another good dog run. I won't go again.

The dog run was nice, but the food at the cafe-like place across from the front desk was bad.Recommended if you only use the dog run. But dog runs are also expensive.

I stayed in a room with a view of Mt. Fuji, and the room was spacious and didn't smell like dogs. The view of Mt. Fuji from the room is also satisfying. The biggest attraction is that you can use the vast dog run. There are also facilities such as a cafe and vending machines, so I don't think you will have any problems. Dinner was a buffet style with course meals, curry, bread, and soup, and it was very delicious and had a nice atmosphere. However, there was no hair dryer in the room, so when I told the front desk they said they would bring one. However, they didn't come even after waiting, so I asked again and was told that they couldn't use it because they were fully booked and they didn't have any in stock. ! Eh, what do you mean...Breakfast was delicious, but the dog meal I requested was not available. I told the staff and they prepared it for me, but my dog didn't eat it. I felt like I needed to check various things, such as oolong tea that I didn't ask for when I was paying the bill. Other than that there were no problems. I would like to come again, so I hope the service will improve.

I was very satisfied with the food, the view, and the dog-related facilities, but the only disappointing thing was that the water system in the room was a unit bath.

Everything is down in rank compared to the last time I stayed. As long as you can see Mt. Fuji up close and play with your dog in the large dog run, it's okay. Even if you call the front deskThe response time was slow, and there were only a few amenity sheets for dogs in the room, and the same was true for humans. No ventilation equipment in the bathroom. The shop is full of dog-related goods that are out of stock, and if you look closely at the building, you will see that it is deteriorated and damaged.remains as it is without being fixed. There are no places to eat out nearby, so we just eat from the hotel menu. I tried to have the main item replaced, but the cost of changing it was expensive so I kept all the main items.
