My family of 4 stayed here during the year-end and New Year holidays of 2024.I can only say "amazing" 👍.Guest roomThere is enough space for 4 people.There are two Japanese-style rooms and two Western-style rooms, so you can spend a relaxing time. Also, there is a more than adequate kitchen and washing machine, so it feels like you are living properly.There is also a balcony on the roof where you can hang your laundry to dry.LocationThe ferry terminal and Euglena Mall are also within walking distance, making it very convenient. The cake shop in the back was very delicious. The bus stop is also nearby, so you can access it from the airport without a rental car.Very popular izakaya Hitoshi is also nearby.serviceI made several requests via email and phone to the owner prior to my stay, and they responded promptly.Recommended if you go to Ishigaki Island!If you're staying with family or friends, you can't go wrong!

My wife and I stayed in a room on the 3rd floor for 3 nights. It was more than enough space for two people.The bedroom is divided into two, and there is enough space for two families.The kitchen and water area were clean and had all the supplies, so I didn't have any problems.There were also two drying racks, which I thought was very thoughtful.After checking in, the management contacted me and asked if there was any problem.(Honestly, I also run a vacation rental property, but I don't offer this level of service.)I was very impressed.The location was within walking distance of convenience stores and supermarkets, so I thought it would be nice to eat out or cook for myself.There is no rating other than 5.Let me repeat it.

I've been to Ishigaki Island three times.I had wanted to stay here for a long time, but my itinerary and availability didn't match, so I was finally able to stay this time.As I expected, the location and room were great!I would like to stay here again on my next trip to Ishigaki.

The other day, when my relatives came to the island, we used the first floor, and the room was spacious and comfortable!There was also a table tennis table and a theater room, so it was great for kids to have fun too.I also had to rent a room on the second floor at short notice, and I would like to thank you for your kindness!I would like to stay here again when I have friends coming over.

Anyway, it was clean, spacious, and very relaxing.Also, it's close to Misaki-cho, convenience stores, and supermarkets, so I didn't have any trouble finding food, so I ended up drinking too much every day.There were elderly people there, so I asked for a high chair for the bath, and they kindly provided one.Please note that the road to the parking lot is narrow, but I was able to get in there with my Voxy without any problems.I would like to use it again.Recommended! !

My family of four spent time from New Year's Eve to New Year's Eve, and we had the best New Year's Eve.The rooms on the first floor were so spacious that it was a waste for a family of four, and the children were very happy, including the table tennis room. Also, the bed was super comfortable.There is also a supermarket nearby, so you won't have any trouble shopping. We were very grateful that they were open as usual on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.The location was very convenient as it was in the center of Ishigaki and close to the remote island terminal.I would like to use it again when I come to Ishigaki Island.

Four men who love playing in the sea and have lived for over 70 years.This is core house's third repeat.This time, I stayed in a room on the 1st floor for 5 nights.I like that the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bed are spacious and connected without doors.The large kitchen is easy to use and has all the necessary supplies, and I feel that consideration has been given to the placement of the separate garbage boxes.This is located in the center of Ishigaki city, so it's a big draw that you can walk to local supermarkets, convenience stores, various restaurants, and the ferry terminal.(I don't use a rental car) (It's quiet at night with no noise)We were able to spend a very comfortable time this time, and we are all very satisfied. We will definitely repeat next year, so please visit us again.

My wife and I used it.It was so spacious and comfortable for two people.It was very helpful that it was fully equipped with cooking utensils such as tableware and a microwave, as well as plastic wrap and aluminum foil.It's close to the city center, so you don't have to worry about driving your car or finding a parking spot for meals or shopping, and it's perfectly safe to drink alcohol.However, Ishigaki Island is very strict about garbage disposal, and garbage rules are strictly adhered to.I would like to use it again.

This time, I was able to use it with my family of 3 due to a little chance.We used different facilities on the 3rd floor and 1st floor.Anyway, it's spacious and comfortable. The inside is also clean and I am very satisfied.The location is also within walking distance to the city.You can go to the roof on the third floor. The starry sky was beautiful.The first floor is larger than the third floor, and even has a table tennis table, making it even more comfortable.We had originally planned to stay on the third floor for two nights, but due to the typhoon, we were forced to extend our stay. This time, I ended up staying for an unexpectedly long time, and it was much more comfortable to stay here as if I was at home rather than in a hotel.In addition, the owner was a very nice person. He called me right after I checked in and gave me detailed information on gourmet food and recommended places.Above all, they accommodated us as best they could, even though we had to stay overnight due to typhoons.This time, I couldn't go home for a week, but it was thanks to Core House that my family was able to spend a stress-free time.Thank you very much.
