We stayed here for 3 nights on a family trip! It's a very nice place and I'm really glad I stayed here! !Since it was within the range of being able to go anywhere in a rental car, I was able to enjoy an extraordinary experience with nothing around me.The children were so excited the moment they arrived ^^As soon as I opened the entrance, I could see the pool, and I enjoyed playing in the pool in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings during my stay.It was a vacation rental with a whole house, and there was nothing around, so I didn't have to worry about voices, and I was able to enjoy a truly private space that was truly relaxing.(When I stayed there, there was construction going on next door, but I didn't notice any noise at my house.)It was my first time staying in a private lodging, and I didn't know who to call before I stayed, and I was worried about the procedures, such as what to do if I had a problem, but I was able to communicate easily by email during my stay, so it wasn't a hassle. I'm glad there wasn't.And, although I'm completely from the perspective of a housewife with children, I was very happy that there was a washer/dryer! !I brought lots of swimsuits for the kids, but they were going back and forth between going to the pool and going to the beach, so I was really grateful to be able to wash and dry my clothes indoors, although it was a little difficult to use at first. I think I washed my clothes about 3 times a day (lol)Maibara Beach is close by and you can walk to it, and we were able to walk to the snorkeling activity that departed from there, so we didn't have to bring any changes of clothing, so we were able to participate empty-handed and wash off in the shower outside when we got back. The garden next to the pool is connected to the beach in 30 seconds, and it feels like a private beach! The children were also very excited about the road leading to the sea, saying it looked like Totoro's road.We were scheduled to check out at 11:00 on the last day, but it was so cozy that we requested a late checkout so that we could stay until 1:00 pm on the day before by 5:00 pm the day before.Children can enjoy going to the beach and playing in the pool until just before they go home, and adults can also enjoy the sauna on the premises. It's not only suitable for couples, but it's also a great place for families with children, as you can see the pool from the living room and have all the appliances you would want at home, so I'd like to come again. The children were happy until the end, saying they wanted to live in a house like this.thank you very much!

I like the location, where you can easily access the beach. However, I always use comparable pool villas on Miyakojima and Irabujima, so when I compare them, the hospitality is not commensurate with the price. All the facilities are stylish. However, the foreign-made washing machine is difficult to use.The detergent is also made in foreign countries.Fill your own ice tray with water, reminiscent of the Showa era. I wish they had a bag of crushed ice in there. There are no beach supplies such as life jackets. The only inflator for the float was a cheap one made in China, and it was difficult to get air into it, so it was faster to inflate it with your mouth. With this luxurious equipment, mosquito coils. There are only two 1.5 liter bottles of water in the refrigerator and 500 ml of Sanpin tea for each person. With this accommodation fee, free drinks are a given at villas in Miyakojima and Irabu. On Ishigaki Island, I used the nearby Ocean View Ishigaki, and the owner was always attentive, even carrying my luggage himself. In this villa, only basic email communication is possible.Check in by being given the entry number at the entrance. There were two cleaning men when we arrived, but they didn't have any luggage or help. The tree standing right in the middle in front of the entrance is a nuisance, and if it's a minivan class car, you'll have to cut back to get out.We don't need that tree, do we?The access to the beach is good, but considering the price and contents, I doubt I'll come back again. It's a pity that there are no comments for the harsh impressions. The facilities are luxurious, but there are a lot of things that need improvement, so if you were honest with us, your impression would change. You are paying a high price for accommodation.

Stayed here for 3 nights. I was very satisfied with the room. The pool in particular was kept very clean and I enjoyed it very much.I think the service is not good considering the price. There are no services that would normally come with a hotel, such as daily cleaning, replenishment of drinks and amenities, and cleaning up used dishes. In particular, you will be charged a fee for using the BBQ, but you will have to clean up and clean the stove yourself. This is what I want you to do the most. The only thing I was grateful for was mosquito coils.Although the location is right in front of the beach, there are no parasols or other equipment, so a hotel with a private beach is better. Also, since the villa is surrounded by a windbreak, there is no ocean view from the villa. By the way, the sea was not the beautiful blue ocean I had imagined. As the city is on the south side of the island, there are no shops near the villa, so it was inconvenient as expected. However, it may be that it is quiet and the sea is relatively beautiful.

Since I visited in February, I was worried that it would be cold and I wouldn't be able to enjoy it much, but that wasn't the case at all and I was able to enjoy it to the fullest. There is a large kitchen, bedroom, and shower room, so even with 5 people, we were able to spend a relaxing time without feeling cramped!I felt that it was perfect for friends, family, and several generations of family to use.We also used the sauna option, which was great as we had a sense of privacy just for ourselves. The pool after the sauna and the outdoor bath in nature were wonderful. It's not too close or too far from the center of Ishigaki Island, so it's very private!

Although I visited in February, I was blessed with the weather in Ishigaki and was able to wear short sleeves. The inside of the villa was very clean and spacious enough for 5 people. There is a sauna and pool in a private space, so I was able to have fun with my friends without worrying about other people watching. The sauna is great because you can set the temperature yourself and you can do self-lowering, so you can do whatever you like. I jumped into the pool in 5 seconds from the sauna and had a great time watching the beautiful stars at night on the stone wall.

I was able to spend a spacious, quiet and comfortable time there.I would like to tell you what I thought was good and what I would like to see improved.〖It was good point〗・You can see the pool right from the entrance, which will stir up your wanderlust.・The water in the pool is replaceable, so you can always have fresh water in the pool.・You can get to the beach in 30 seconds, and the road to the villa is difficult to find, so you can feel safe from crime.・You can only hear the voices of people on the beach behind you, so you can spend your time in your own private space.・The bath is stylish・There are 2 toilets・Rice cookers, toasters, and vacuum cleaners are available from Balmuda, as well as high-end home appliances such as coffee makers, dishwashers, and refa hair dryers.・Can climb to the roof・You can go to the bath directly from the pool・The way the lighting is applied can be changed in detail to create a mood.・Easy to adjust temperature so you can stay comfortable・Insect prevention goods available〖Points I would like to see improved〗・WiFi is weak→There are different WiFi available in each room, but the connection is poor and there is no clear information.・There are few seasonings and no wrap.→The supermarket is far away, so I would have appreciated it if it had been specified from the beginning.・Difficult to understand how to use the washing machine/dishwasher→The explanation was written, but it was quite difficult.- Lack of amenities such as pajamas and razors→The place where I can buy this is also far away, so I would appreciate it if you could specify it clearly.・There were spider webs on the stairs to the roof, and I had to break through the spider webs.→I think it can't be helped that there are some insects due to the environment, and the room is large so I think it's difficult to clean, but it was a bit of a problem.Overall, I thought it was a great stay, so I gave it a 5 star.Thank you for the wonderful space! !

It was a wonderful villa that was luxurious, stylish, and an extraordinary experience! Both the villa and the pool are very spacious, so we recommend staying with a large group of family and friends! After passing through the green path from the garden, you can walk to a beautiful beach in 30 seconds, and there was no one around, so it felt like a private beach! This time I had delicious Ishigaki beef at BBQ, so next time I would like to use a visiting chef for a reward trip!

A wonderful villa where you can experience an extraordinary feeling. The view of the pool and nature from the LDK, which has one side of glass, was spectacular. There was a very beautiful sea right behind me, and I was very excited to see the road that led to the sea. It's very quiet at night, and the indirect lighting creates a luxurious atmosphere. It was truly an oasis with nothing to say other than the lack of amenities (gowns and other loungewear) and the weak WiFi.
