It was my first time staying in a condominium on Miyakojima. Stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. Is it a renewal? I had no idea it was under construction, so I was surprised when I arrived.The room was clean, and although I had some concerns about the cleanliness, I was glad that the hotel rate for 3 nights and 4 days was exceptional considering the size of the room. However, there was a table and chairs on the balcony and I could see the sea, but I couldn't use it because the construction workers were in full view from morning to evening.Also, the sound is really loud. I wonder if it's easy to hear footsteps next to me or above me. I don't know what will happen after the renovation, but I was glad that there was no front desk.

When I stayed last year, the room was clean and perfect, but this time it was a big disappointment.I'm a germophobe, so I swept the floor with my own roller as soon as I entered the room and found a large amount of hair falling out.(Around the table placed by the window of the twin room and around the bed)If it's the first day, you probably haven't cleaned it yet. I was so suspicious that I couldn't relax at all. Haven't you vacuumed it? It was just unpleasant.

It was great in terms of location, price, and cleanliness.One thing that was really disappointing was that in 3 days I saw 5 insects (probably scissor insects?) that I had never seen before. Miyakojima has a lot of nature, so I understand that, but it was quite stressful to come face to face with fairly large insects every day. There seemed to be only one bottle of insecticide available for the whole hotel, so I was having trouble disposing of it because I couldn't use it, probably because someone else was using it. I also found a big G, probably because the hallway was an outside hallway type that exposed you to the outside air. .It may be better not to create a garbage dump in the hallway. .There may be nothing we can do about the insect problem, but there may be some room for improvement. .Other than that it was perfect!

Used by a 0 year old child and 2 adults. We stayed for 3 nights using a rental car. The room was spacious and stocked with things to clean the floors, kitchen detergent, and washing machine detergent. Plus, it would be nice to have bath cleaning tools. I used a semi-double and a cot, but the cot had a hard mattress and was uncomfortable. Also, since Miyakojima is hot, I thought it would be nice if you could change the sheets.Other than that, it was very nice and had cooking utensils so I was able to cut mangoes. I was able to make milk for my baby (there is a kettle), but I was a little concerned about it getting dirty, but it was good. There is a kettle, but tea etc. are not included in the amenities, so if you want one, you should bring your own.I would like to use it again because it is a 5-minute walk to the beautiful sea and the price is low.

You can go anywhere in Miyako within 30 minutes. Self check-in is hassle-free and the space is adequate. It is very nice to have an induction stove and cooking utensils for simple cooking. The price is reasonable too.

It's a little far from the city center, but it's about a 5 minute walk to Painagama Beach, so it's quite convenient. Perfect if you have a rental car. There is no staff at the front desk, but you can check in using the number sent to you via email in advance. It's a residence, so you can feel like you're living there. Wifi is also convenient. However, it would be helpful if there were more dishes.
