The food was delicious and the person who delivered it was a nice person. (This is a different person than the receptionist, I don't know.)The reception lady's customer service was the worst! First of all, even though I finally arrived in the heavy rain, I didn't have a single word of gratitude, and from beginning to end, I didn't want to talk to the customers, and the explanation about the facility was so fast that it seemed like it was over in 10 seconds...When I asked her at dinner whether it was so troublesome for her to be the only staying guest in the hotel, a plain middle-aged woman, she condescended and said in a strong tone, "I can't do that!" Even if you say "Thank you for the meal", the cancer will ignore you!I was so annoyed that I couldn't sleep, and the next day I didn't even want to talk to the people at the hostel!I was looking forward to my first one-night solo trip in my life because I had paid time, but I've stayed at many hot springs with my partner, but this is the first time I've experienced such cold customer service! I won't come again! I learned at this age that you should be careful when traveling alone and staying in cheap places or guesthouses.Well, it's wallet-friendly and I would recommend it to people who don't mind having to worry about customer service for a meal, since they seem to be selective about their customers...💧Also, the hot springs are too cold in the open-air bath and too hot in the indoor bath...it's a bit weird💧

The open-air bath has a nice atmosphere, but perhaps because of the continuous flow of water, it gets lukewarm when the temperature is low, making it difficult to bathe in it. I barely made it in at the end of October. It would be great if it could be heated. There are only 4 rooms available, so you won't have to wait long in the bathroom.

The food was delicious, but when I asked for a refill of rice for dinner, I was told that it was already being heated.I was somehow fooled into thinking that I was given leftover rice from another customer who had already finished eating and left.It was so unbelievable that I was taken aback and ended up eating it, but in this age of coronavirus, what's the point in offering another customer's leftover food?Even when I look back on it now, it was an unthinkable event.Plus, the hot water in the open-air bath was very dirty with all sorts of things floating in it (including things other than leaves), which was very disappointing as I was looking forward to the open-air bath.I felt very disappointed because the food was delicious.

The river fish skewers...I thought they were nice and steamy on the outside, but they were cold on the inside and I didn't feel like eating them.I wonder how they feel about the guests who posted their posts feeling sorry for that (no complaints about anything else). I have no intention of saying it)For 9000 yen, I should have gone elsewhere.I was shocked to see the reply from the inn.

Eating by the hearth is very atmospheric and very nice. There are only 4 rooms, so most of the baths are reserved for private use.Although it is a guesthouse, futons were laid out for us during meals.

I made a quick reservation and stayed there. Due to landslides on National Route 471, the road in front of the inn had to be detoured, so a surprising number of cars passed by while I was sleeping at night. …
