I used it last year in June, but this was my second time.The location is good, and even in June it feels chilly in the mornings and evenings, making it a place where you can spend a moment of luxury in a log house.My family enjoyed the BBQ and we had a great time.Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.thank you.

I used it almost every year during the snow season. However, one year, I made a reservation early as usual and was looking forward to the day, but then it was decided that I would be hospitalized for surgery, and when I called to cancel my reservation, I was told, ``We don't have any plans for the night. If that's the case, please don't make a reservation.'' I was very disappointed. After that, the response was very slow and they wouldn't give me a refund unless I contacted them.If you look at the content, you'll see that it's not about the past few months.I really liked it and used it for many years, but I will never forget how they treated me.You may be just one customer out of many that you won't even remember.It was one of the places where we created fun memories that we continue to accumulate every year.I don't think this is something you should say in response to a cancellation, even if it's your first time using the service.It seems like they check reviews frequently, so I thought it might be a good idea.I am very sorry for the response that has consistently failed to meet expectations.

It was a really nice place to stay.At first, you will have to pay after your wife greets you.After receiving a brief explanation, I went to my room.First of all, the room was very clean and every corner was thoroughly cleaned.Futons were also spread out and the room was neatly arranged.We also bought our own ingredients.We had dinner at the BBQ space next door. You have to prepare food, drinks, and utensils, but there were also frying pans, plates, and children's forks in the room.There is a microwave, toaster oven, pot, etc., so we had bread and coffee for an elegant breakfast in the morning!When I went outside at night, the starry sky was breathtakingly beautiful. On the other hand, in the morning I could see Hirugano Plateau and it was a great view.If I had to say so,You may want to bring your own hair dryer as the air flow is too weak. There were also no spoons or forks, and only one pair of disposable chopsticks, so I think it would be a good idea to bring those as well.It was a very nice cottage.I hope to visit you again next year.

My husband and I used it on a barbecue trip that we had always wanted to go on!The manager's mother was very personable.Kojiro is also super cute!The cooking utensils in the cottage are used, so if you are not good at such things, it may be a good idea to bring some simple cooking utensils.Depending on the location, insects may get in when you open and close the door, so if you're not good at it, it might be a good idea to leave some repellent around. It may depend on the season, but on the day we went there didn't seem to be a lot of insects.The bedding in the cottage was so comfortable that I was supposed to wake up early and go for a walk, but I overslept and only had time to eat breakfast...When I got home and looked into it, I found out that you can rent bicycles, so I guess the more you use the cottage, the more attractive it becomes.Tissue paper and toilet paper are provided, but you will need to bring everything else you need.I'm really grateful that I was able to enjoy a comfortable space at this cost performance.

I missed you on a trip. Thorough infection control measures were taken, so I felt safe using the facility. The barbecue house was also big and I was satisfied! It was a very quiet place, and the children's voices were so noisy that I was worried that they might be a nuisance. I went for the BBQ set plan, and the meat was very tender and everyone in the family liked it! The vegetables were also very tasty. The kids love it too and want to stay more. He said he wanted to come again, so I'd like to visit him again.

A receipt was not issued.There were 5 people staying there and I needed a receipt, so when I asked if they could issue one, I was told, "We have never issued a receipt and cannot issue one."They said.Even when I asked why I couldn't issue a receipt,They insisted that it was because they had never issued a receipt.There were also stink bugs at night, so it was very difficult.If you need a receipt, you will be in trouble because they will not issue one if you stay here.If you don't need a receipt, I don't think it's a problem, but if you do, I'd like to say first that you should avoid it.So that there are no more victims.The following is an additional note from the reply to the owner.I didn't make the reservation, so I don't think there is any history of my stay there. Also, I heard that you are in the wrong place, but this is definitely the log house.There is no receipt issued when staying at GOTO.We weren't sure about that either. We are very sorry.However, I think it would be better if you could explain your response accordingly.I felt very sad that someone spoke to us in the tone described above.
