The location is good. The beds too although I am not convinced by the capsules due to the layout. The staff that works is very nice

They are not responsible for enforcing their own rules.I politely let the staff know, at 1:30 am I went down to the reception and told them they should tell the people in the dorm to be quiet.They did absolutely nothing.The morning staff were indeed surprised that the night staff ignored my in person request and all my messages.Additionally, this confirms that they directly and blatantly lied to me.They said they couldn't give a refund but that booking.com could help them do it. They promised they would contact booking.com and get me a refund.I had a feeling they were lying and just trying to get me out of there so they could dodge accountability for their inability to enforce their rules.So I was ignored in person, my messages were ignored, and they refused to enforce their rules that they actually agreed to enforce when I paid them.That's not ok. Not in any way.They need to learn to take accountability for their policies in a consistent fashion and not lie to people.I was trying very hard to be polite to them the entire time. But they were not polite to me. Lying is not ok. Refusing to take responsibility or accountability is not ok. Not being able to enforce your own rules is not ok.A review is not an adequate solution for this, but here it is anyways.Be warned.

The lounge was too cold.First, there is a smoking area inside the lounge. What do you think about this structure? And the smokers in this hotel don't close the door properly.As a result, the lounge smelled so bad of cigarettes that I couldn't even take a break. I felt sick from the smell so I left early.Also, the smell of cigarettes is pervasive just by walking in the hallway.I can't recommend it at all.It was very disappointing even though the room was nice.

You can check in at any time. Until 5 o'clock the next day. This is very reassuring. It is inconvenient that there is no elevator, but the price is very low so I can put up with it. I stayed in the women-only room on the third floor. There is a shower, toilet, washroom, etc. in the room, so you don't have to go out with the key every time, which is very convenient for this type of hotel. There were many small shelves inside the dormitory, which were great for storing cosmetics, drinks, and small items. The shower room was also easy to use as it had shelves and hooks.

horrible, the clerk asked me for documents other than those I had. And when I say I hadn't (all in Japanese), he asked me again. I said I hadn't. He thought I was lying, and called the other clerk to nod and confirm the document was required. I said I don't have that document and would be very pleased if he returned my money and let me go find another place.Suddenly, there's no need for the document and the booking is done. I'm now lying in this hard bed of the hostel disappointed and unable to cancel my booking due to their policy.

Definitely a 5 star for service and comfort. Towel, shampoo, body wash, face wash , toothbrush are all included and towels too. you don't need to bring your own. some hostel wont provide and sometimes Ill bring these along just in case.Overall the hotel was really clean , I booked a room with shared toilet and the room was spacious enough with a queen size bed. I slept quite well for all 5 nights there.Some not so cool side is its quite far from subway station usually a 10 min walk. the blanket has an unpleasant smell which i did not ask for a change. The common are has no fridge to store your food and drinks.
