We loved our stay at Pepe Rosso, it was very fascinating to chat with the host and hear about his very interesting life. He can communicate also in English. We really enjoyed the dinner and breakfast he kindly cooked for us, as well as the outdoor private onsen! The pension is extremely well maitained and in a very nice and peaceful area. We can't wait to be back!

I see, I should have checked this review.The evaluation is completely different from Rakuten Travel.It's true that the husband has a habit of talking about his boasts to other family members, but I think some people enjoy that. I'm a person who likes to spend time quietly, so I thought it would be noisy.However, the female staff responded well, so I can't give a negative rating that much.The food was definitely too seasoned.However, the breakfast bread was delicious, so considering the price, I don't think it's that bad.The atmosphere of the room was good.Families looking for a quiet stay are recommended to stay elsewhere.

The owner had an arrogant attitude from the beginning, and everything he talked about was bragging. They brag about their meals, but the soup is lukewarm and the homemade bread is cold, so I can't say it's delicious. I sat in the seat of my favorite guest and talked all the time about it, so it would be easier if I didn't get involved, but the towels in the room didn't feel clean enough to be used, and the area around the bathroom was also dirty.Even though I was told in advance that dogs were allowed, I didn't let them out of the room! (No stipulations stated) I got a disgusted look and was very uncomfortable.They serve me a bottle of wine in a friendly manner, but I'd rather stay at a pension where I can spend the money and have a comfortable stay.I was saved because the only female staff member was attentive, but I definitely do not recommend it.This was the worst trip I've ever had with a dog.I will never go there again! !

I was really looking forward to my first trip in a while, but the customer service and food were both terrible.First of all, when it comes to customer service, everything is done from above. I respond to what I say in a way that I don't like. Just talking about my own bragging. Imposing my rules on customers.The food was so poor that I couldn't say it was delicious, so I couldn't enjoy it at all.I went here because the reviews were pretty good, but I had so many unpleasant things while I was there that I regretted going here. I can't recommend it at all and will never go there again.I should have paid a little more for a proper hotel. I'm sorry.

Due to the spread of coronavirus, families who go together are becoming infected with coronavirus.So, I canceled the reservation 25 days in advance, but the half price was not refunded, and when I checked later, I found that the reservation had been booked by another person. Still no refund

I stayed here as a family of 4 with 2 children. There were 4 groups that day, so it was very quiet.It's very comfortable and I'm very satisfied.The bath is very spacious, so a family of four can relax. There was also an open-air bath, so my husband and I took a bath in the morning while the kids were sleeping.
