I was worried before I stayed because there were so many 1 star reviews, but I didn't need to worry.In this day and age, it is impossible to include 4 types of hot springs with 2 meals at a price that is impossible. Moreover, alcohol service is included. The front desk service is also good.It's true that it may be inferior to others, but a charity project like this? I can't complain about such cost performance.If you want to receive a service that satisfies you, you should prepare a price commensurate with that and choose a place to stay in a different price range in the first place.

There's no fried chicken or potatoes.Bath There is no washing area in the private bath and open-air bath. (Fatal) I booked a private bath as a souvenir as I was with my child, but I ended up having to take a bath inside as well, which was extremely tiring. By the way, there is no hair dryer in the room unless you rent it.Customer Service I think all the staff have given up. A customer who had the flu (I heard it in a conversation) was coughing really hard at the back seat during dinner, and I felt so sick that I asked the front desk to help. However, there was no consideration at breakfast the next day. I was annoyed, so I told her I was going to move seats, and while lifting the stroller, I moved to the corner (I couldn't pass).The price is very cheap. This time, my wedding anniversary came at a time when I was short of money, and I had a 0-year-old child, so I decided to move to a nearby place, but I won't go there again, and I don't want to cause any other victims, so I'm just adding a comment.The elderly people are using it for gatherings like 〇〇 parties, and I think it might be good for that kind of thing, but the quality of the hot springs is so good that it's not being utilized.I might have to consider a palate cleansing trip.

I stayed in the annex and it was the worst.It's a little cheaper, but there are bugs in the toilet, the door hits the toilet and it's hard to open, and there's no WiFi. The floor was very dirty and the bedding was not in good condition. My room was on the 7th floor, but when I tried to see the outside view, I came across some not-so-pleasant perks: I could see the men's open-air bath.

This is my third time staying here (twice in the main building and once in the annex), but there's a reason why this annex is so cheap. First of all, the bathtub is prohibited from being used, and although there are two elevators, There was a sign that one of the toilets was being adjusted, and that it was also prohibited to use.There was also a sign that the shared toilets on each floor were not allowed to be used, and the above was an eye-watering cost performance. I would like to explain about room 603 in the annex. First of all, the ventilation fan of the unit bath is clogged, the drain is dirty, and the flush toilet tank is dirty. Just in case, I checked the shared toilet behind the front desk on the first floor, and it was the same. If you clean your home at least once a year, wouldn't it get so dirty? It's painful to be in a small space full of spores and bacteria generated by mold, even for a short time. If you enlarge the attached photo, you can get a good idea of the quality of cleaning at this hotel. These are cases that can be avoided by avoiding the busy season and planning for the off-peak season. I think it's irresponsible for the customers who come expecting to see that. Isn't it strange that it's obvious because the accommodation fee is cheap? If you have any questions, please contact your local public health center or fire department. We receive guidance regarding urgent matters, but it is the hotel's responsibility to carry out such matters. I used it on a business trip in October 2014.Since it was a hot spring town in the Shiobara area, I wasn't expecting a beautiful hot spring inn.My impression is that it is a traditional hot spring inn.Since I stayed without meals, I can only rate the room and hot springs, but I will clearly state what I found interesting.Points that caught my attention① The shoji screen in the room was torn.②There were many insects in the room.③There was a dead insect inside the light fixture, which bothered me when I went to bed.④The changing room in the public bath was humid and water was dripping from the ceiling.⑤Is the refrigerator old? ? Anyway, the hospitality is wonderful and the staff are all warm.I visited you on my touring trip this time.Despite the inconvenience caused by arriving late at night in the rain, he told me to park my bike under the roof and ran out to hand me a hand warmer to stick on when I left the next day in the cold. I met a rider who happened to be staying the same night and asked if he could give me one, and I was shocked.I had really warm memories.I would love to have you come again next time.

It was super cheap at 7,500 yen for one night and two meals on a weekday.There is a free shuttle bus from JR Oyama Station (advance reservation required), which also stops at Tochigi Station on the Ryomo Line and takes about 2 hours. From the nearest station, Nishinasuno Station, it's about 40 minutes by JR bus and costs about 1,000 yen, so it's nice to have a free shuttle, but it's far away and takes a long time.The rooms have been properly renovated and are clean and tidy. The toilet had a washlet, and I could use Wifi.However, there was no outlet near the bed, which was a problem. I think it would be difficult to add or relocate outlets, but I thought it would be nice to have an extension cord.The hotel prides itself on its baths, so I went to the bathroom immediately after checking in. First, head to the free rooftop private bath. It was very open and nice, but it was raining and there was no roof so I got soaked. Is it okay to have a roof at least part of the way?Afterwards, we enjoyed the cypress bath, autumn leaves bath, open-air bath, and hot springs. There seemed to be plenty of hot water, and there was no chlorine smell and the water felt fresh.After warming up your body in the hot springs, head to dinner. The buffet was buffet style, so it wasn't luxurious and the number of items was small, but the taste was not bad and it was delicious. One glass of alcohol is free, so I got a draft beer. Additional alcoholic beverages are reasonably priced at 220 yen.Some people had additional teppanyaki or crab in their course meals, but they were satisfied with just the basic dishes.The soft-serve ice cream dessert is also free, but you can't tell unless you look closely, so I think some people may have missed it.After the meal, we took a break, then took a bath in the hot springs to warm up our bodies and fell into a comfortable sleep while listening to the sound of the murmuring river.The next day, I woke up, took a bath, and then went to breakfast. The breakfast had a small number of items, but the taste was not bad and it was delicious.However, we only had 90 minutes to eat in the morning and evening, so it felt a little rushed.After breakfast, I took a short break and then took the shuttle bus to Oyama Station. I thought it wasn't a bad choice as a hot spring destination that offers excellent value for money and is easy to go to.Shiobara was very desolate for a hot spring town and I felt a little sad. I think there are many hotels and inns that have closed down due to the coronavirus pandemic, but I wish them all the best.
