It is a good value property. It provides corner with unlimited drinks/ice cream. Onsen is small and property is a bit old.

I'm a big fan of coffee, and there was a coffee grinder and beans in my room, so I enjoyed grinding them. It’s also good to be able to drink sparkling wine for free.We also have Hakodate milk soft serve ice cream.

I used it for a one-night solo trip on Saturday, May 27, 2023.Since it was my first time visiting Hakodate + Yunokawa Onsenkyo, I searched Rakuten Travel for solo travelers and hot springs, narrowed it down to hot springs that were close to the airport, and chose the inn as it was cheap and had good reviews.Based on the results, I thought it was better than I expected.I would like to come back to this inn again.Below are the good points.・Hot springs are carefully selected and are not heated or disinfected [Pure hot springs]・The bath is a large rock bath with an open-air bath, and you can enjoy two types of baths by changing the genders depending on the time of day.・Towels are provided in the bathroom, so you can take a bath empty-handed.・The room is spacious and clean, with regular coffee, tea, toiletries, etc.・All-you-can-drink sparkling wine, coffee, soft serve ice cream, etc. in the 1st floor lobby・The lobby and courtyard on the first floor are very relaxing.・Staff are polite, yet have a good sense of distance, and there are no unnecessary conversations, which is great for solo travelers.・Breakfast is buffet-style and everything is delicious, and the steaks and fried eggs are grilled each time instead of being made ahead of time.Below are the bad points (or should I say, including the hopes).・I want all-you-can-drink soft drinks in the lobby on the first floor. *Is it not possible due to cost?・There are vending machines for juice on the 2nd floor and alcohol on the 3rd floor, and I want alcohol and juice on both and on the 1st floor.・There were several insects flying around in the open-air bath and courtyard, so I would like to see some measures taken.

The rooms are a little old, but the hot springs are good, the free drink corner is good, and the staff are friendly.Above all, the breakfast... is so good... that I almost want to go to a good restaurant... so I end up overeating...This hotel also reminds me of breakfast and makes me want to go again. However, check-in is digital, but the room key is analog.. haha.

All-you-can-eat soft drinks. And it's downright delicious. All you can drink like champagne. I can't drink alcohol, so I can't taste it.It's great that a hotel of this size has a hot spring system where bath towels and towels are always kept, so you don't have to bring them from your room. The shampoos are from Paula. It's pretty common in hotels. If it's nearby, it's the same as Prince Onuma. It's a pity that they don't have porridge for breakfast, but they have more varieties of salted fish, octopus wasabi, and Matsumae pickles, which are more delicious than anywhere else.It would be better to remove the steak photo from the wallpaper. I went to breakfast with high expectations, and the actual steak was so thin that I thought, ``I'm going to have a steak!'' Well, it turns out.I didn't notice it last time, but my pillow smells like an adult (old smell).(゚д゚)! Oh my godI had it replaced.

This hotel had good reviews so I was able to go on a family trip. What is a 3 star hotel? This is the worst of all the hotels in Yunokawa!I guess it's because it's a business hotel in Yunokawa, so it's expensive. So far, I have stayed in various places around the country (near Hakodate Station and Yunokawa as well). It's really impossible!I'm sure the welcome drink and all-you-can-eat soft serve ice cream are nice, but everything else is disappointing...first●Poor reception at the front desk. They don't even answer the phone. So the customer service...Very disappointing customer service attitude. The whole family is disappointed...●The free coffee in the room has not been cleaned, and it contains beans that were ground by someone else at some point in time. The size of the Wilter is also...How could this happen? My mind is full of questions. The beans are so greasy that I don't know when they were made. It's coming out and it's disgusting●If you don't wrap the pillow in your room with a bath towel, it will be too smelly! (musty smell)●QAIS air (air purifier) It hasn't been seriously maintained, hasn't been cleaned, and is full of dust. It seems to be called "air that makes your body happy," but this feels like "air that doesn't make your body happy and makes it worse."●And the worst part is that the sheets and comforter sheets are dirty...it's too bad.●It's nice that the bath is made from 100% hot spring water. The bathtub was dirty even when I first entered it in the morning!●Breakfast buffet? ? ?There aren't many seats, so breakfast is served on a chair in the lobby. It's dusty...Things like the Shiokara series are lined up...Steak in the morning? ? ? Flaky Steak What is the steak pictured in the dining room?Quite different and not tastyI don't understand why breakfast is rated so well.Everything is tasteless and not delicious! The sashimi and salted fish aren't very fresh. You're on the verge of food poisoning! No curry either🙅The donuts are terrible because they are not oiled!I was shocked at how fresh the fried eggs were! The waiter's attitude is too bad!I don't even know where the toothpicks are! This was my first time in such a horrible hotel in Hakodate.Honestly, even though I paid a certain amount of money, this is so impossible that I don't want to use it again!! I won't use it!Also, even though I met the person at the front desk outside when I was leaving in the morning, he didn't say hello at all, and his driving manners were very bad!The man who seems to be the manager of the Black Alphard has such a bad attitude! All the employees can't say hello!I'm pasting a picture of an unmaintained coffee service.By the way, the front desk is not responding at all...They don't even try to check unless I tell them, and they laughed at me when I answered the phone...It's really the worst. In response to the poor evaluation, the owner (there has been no comment from the hotel side...)For your reference, I will attach a photo.
