We used the restaurant on the 9th floor. The view from the top floor is spectacular, as the construction of the Nakabashi bridge is about to begin. The food was authentic French and the service was excellent. The food was also carefully prepared and delicious. The area around Ashikaga City Station has become quite lonely, but I hope that by the time the Nakabashi construction is finished, it will be a lively place in front of the station.

[The towels in the room] were the best ♪Just 0 minutes walk from the ticket gate of Ashikaga City Station, it's in a great location and very convenient. There are also several convenience stores within a few minutes walk from the hotel, making it very convenient. When I go to my room, I use the elevator from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor, but it's really slow lol.The hotel has been built for quite some time, so you can enjoy the retro atmosphere ♪ ^ ^The ceiling in the hallway was especially nice. The person at the front desk (female) was kind and gentle.Check-in is done using a touch panel, and then you pay the bill, but it was reassuring to know that they were watching the check-in right in front of you.Although it is a card key, there is no card key inserted in the room, so you have to manually turn on the light switch.Amenities such as toothbrushes are available at the hotel reception.Wine openers, bottle openers, mirrors, irons, etc. are located on the 6th floor, and you can use them freely. The thing that impressed me the most was the towels in the room. Both the bath towels and bath towels were fluffy and the softest towels I've ever had in my life.In the morning, there is a drink service and you can choose coffee etc. and brew it yourself. If you are confused about the brewing process, the front staff will come over to help you right away. The view of the Watase River and the mountains in the distance from the lobby on the third floor was very beautiful.[Convenience store]Daily Yamazaki is right in front of the house, and you can go to a 7-Eleven within a 1-2 minute walk (7-Eleven also sells local beers and more! By the way, the staff at this 7-store was also very kind!).[Taxi/rental car]Additionally, it's right in front of the station, so you don't have to wait for a taxi (depending on the season), and there are several rental car shops near the hotel.[Rental bicycle]Rental bicycles (reservations required) are also available within the station, so this is a good option if you want to tour around the area, such as Ashikaga School or Ban'aji Temple.【parking】Free parking for hotel guests is also available across the road from the hotel (a few minutes walk).

Stayed for 2 people for 1 night on September 1, 2024. Since it was a low price, I had very low expectations, but I am very satisfied with the result. The staff was very polite and it was nice to greet each other when we passed each other.Although the room was small, it was clean, the refrigerator cooled well, and the bed was comfortable (to my personal preference). I stayed on the 8th floor and had a nice view of the Watarase River. With the breakfast included plan, I had a buffet-style breakfast, and I was very satisfied with the variety and taste. I thought it would be difficult to maintain that quality even though there didn't seem to be that many guests. As others have written, the natto is very delicious, so I went to a supermarket in the city called Fressey to find the same brand of natto and bought it as a souvenir.I will use this place again when I go to Ashikaga.
