The six of us went on a trip to celebrate our daughter's engagement with a guest from Shanghai, China.Case guest rooms: bedroom, Japanese-style room, guest room open-air bath, terraceEach room was spacious and very relaxing, and I was able to relax while watching the forest view, listening to the birds, and drinking coffee while listening to the murmuring of the Ji River on the terrace.The problem was that my wife was surprised when a cabochoro appeared in the Japanese-style room.Service: Immediately after arriving at the hotel, he came to meet me at the parking lot and carried my suitcase.Afterwards, I was given a welcome drink and refreshments at the lobby.About dinner: When we entered the dinner venue, my wife and daughter were so impressed with the appearance of the food that they took lots of pictures.We ate salt-grilled yamame trout, horse sashimi, and charcoal-grilled meat and vegetables.I think it was a perfect fit for a mountain hut style inn.About the open-air bath in the sky: We took the monorail to the top of the mountain and there were three private open-air baths, two of which were used by three men and three women.The scenery was majestic and the sunset was perfect, making it a very memorable experience.This is a good inn where the staff is very pleasant and attentive.Regarding the open-air bath in the guest room, it was a very spacious space that could comfortably accommodate 5 to 6 people.The hot spring was very comfortable and the temperature was perfect, and I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the cold barley tea provided as a drink after the bath.Location: The hotel staff advised me to be careful as the road was narrow and difficult to navigate, but I ended up taking the wrong road in one place.My car was an Alphard, so it was a little difficult, but I managed to arrive on time.Overall: Good if you want to enjoy the tranquility of the forest, forest bathing, and an open-air bath with a spectacular view, but insects sometimes come into the room, so women who don't like insects may want to avoid it.However, if you are staying in a villa in the forest, you can't help but worry about insects.This is a ryokan that I would recommend.I gave it 4 stars because the road to the inn was narrow and there were insects in the room.

If you need a comfortable rest, go there. If you sit on the terrace, it is filled with the sounds of nature. The staff is very friendly. However, it is difficult to leave once you come in, so buy the necessary items in advance (I used a rental car).

This inn has the atmosphere of a hidden inn. The bathroom in the room was large and I was very satisfied. The view from the terrace of the room is also full of nature and is very satisfying. I hardly encountered any other guests, so I was able to have a relaxing stay without worrying about time. The view from Tenku no Yu was also amazing.

It was a ryokan in a quiet and beautiful location with very friendly staff.It is difficult to walk to the village and you have to use the accommodation's vehicle.
