I have used Smile Hotel several times in other prefectures.…….First of all, the front desk response❌The room...is not very convenient.I used this place on a business trip.……I wonder if there will be a next time.Anyway, I was disappointed in the response from the front desk.

A semi-double twin room costs about 13,000 yen for two nights with breakfast. All-you-can-drink welcome coffee☕️The room was large for a business hotel, and the bath was small, but it was separate from the toilet, so I was thankful that I didn't have to worry about using it with my friends.The ladies at the restaurant were very friendly and the menu was satisfying. The rice was especially delicious 🌾 They also have a doggy bag ready for you to take home, so you can pack it up for lunch and take it home.On the Saturday I stayed, there were many inbound customers, but the staff responded smartly.The three reasons for the service were that there were no amenities for women, there was no mention of it on the homepage, etc., and there was a convenience store right next door, so I was able to deal with it, but at least let them know in advance. I wanted it.Also, I want to use the hair dryer, but the outlet is far away and I can't reach the mirror. It doesn't look good, but I'd like to see an extension cord or something like that.By the way, you can rent a car a little far from the hotel for 630 yen per night. It's a hotel near the station, so I guess that can't be helped.Finally, at dawn, the fire alarm went off and I jumped up.In the end, it was a false alarm, but I thought it would be better to train the staff a little more on how to deal with it. You can stay there much cheaper than in the surrounding area.Of course it's reasonable compared to expensive hotels, but at this price I have no complaints. For better or worse, it was worth the price.I think the room for 3 people had twin beds and one extra bed, and the extra bed was relatively fluffy compared to other hotels.The unit bath is very small.I don't know if it was the upper room or the room on the floor, but the noise echoed almost all night long, so I couldn't sleep well. However, my companions slept well, so if you are sensitive, I recommend bringing earplugs.The breakfast was said to have good reviews, but it looked different from the photo, but it was okay. The dining room is also very small.If you are choosing based on cost performance, this hotel may be fine.

When I was on a business trip, I happened to find a hotel that was close to the station on a hotel reservation app, so I booked it the same day and stayed for one night.It was actually quite far from the station. There are many other business hotels in front of the station, so it's best to look for them in advance.The room is surprisingly compact!In most business hotels, the area between the guest room and the entrance is narrow and there is often a slight approach, but this is not the case.The distance from the bed to the doorway is less than 1m.Therefore, you can often hear the footsteps of people walking up and down the hallway at night. Be careful if you are concerned.I think the room itself is a fairly old building, but the walls are in good condition.The water facilities seemed old.There was a LAN cable for the internet, which gave me a sense of the times.Of course there is Wi-Fi in the room.I thought it was good that the price was low.

I stayed here for 2 nights because of my job where I travel by LRT every day. The LRT station was about a minute walk away, which was very convenient considering the cost of accommodation. The response from the front desk was also very nice.However, the bath and sink were from the Showa era. The toilets are up to date.I've been staying at affordable hotels near Utsunomiya Station for the past month, but this was the best for the tissues in the room.

I used it as a place to stay on my bike. It's great and reasonably priced because you just drink and sleep outside, but there's almost no light outside, so you can't tell if it's bright or what the weather is like, so it would have been nice to have a little more light.Breakfast is a buffet. It's a very standard breakfast, and there are no dishes unique to Tochigi. (disappointing)

It's not a flashy place, but it's simple and clean.To cut costs, transportation of amenities is self-service.You are free to go out at any time from check-in after 3pm until check-out the next day. You don't have to leave the key with us or leave it with us.Relatively cheap near Utsunomiya Station.Since we are affiliated with A Card, you can accumulate and use points.

Stayed overnight on 24/03/09 (Sat).I have no complaints about the service, but the sound from the floors above, the hallway, and the next room echoes and is noisy. Also, there is no hand soap and it is a little difficult to control the temperature of the shower. There are plenty of amenities, including toothbrushes, razors, hairbrushes, cotton swabs, etc. You can get them from the lobby.
