Everything was perfect except that the reception is not available all the time and the duvets smelled like sweat or wet towel.Asked for replacement the 2nd night but unfortunately it still smelled.Had to use the spare in the closet.But the hotel was great in that everything you could possibly need is there. Even a in room laundry maching.

The staff at this hotel have been absolutely wonderful. The tall gentleman who speaks English so well was incredibly helpful. We were a bit concerned at first about the two separate beds, as we wanted to sleep comfortably with our child. But this kind staff member went out of his way to assist us, expertly converting the beds into a cozy double. We are so grateful for his thoughtfulness and care.

A very nice hotel, very clean and of good quality. This time I stayed in a room with a living room and a connecting room. The whole room was very large. The bathroom was equipped with supplies. The shower water in the bath was large. It was very refreshing to take a bath. The sofa in the living room was very comfortable and the kitchen equipment It's very complete, with electric stove, range hood, oven, toaster, refrigerator, kettle, tableware, coffee machine, basically just like at home.

Because there is no skiing in the summer, the price is very affordable. We want a large room with three rooms in each room. It costs HKD3000 for two nights.

The environment is quiet, the room is new and clean, the cooking supplies are complete, and there is a parking lot, but there will be no staff at the reception after 6 o'clock. The worst thing is that the USB standard system is not available, and the WiFi network is relatively poor

We stayed in the 2 bedroom premier apartment. The accommodation was nice and clean. The location is perfect if you're skiing. The free shuttle service was great, you can go wherever you want without worrying about transport. But what made our stay special are the super helpful and accommodating staff. Special thanks to Yuko for being so awesome! We will definitely come back!

We were VERY impressed with our stay at Fenix West. It exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived.The rooms are fresh and new. We were in a one bedroom deluxe apartment on the sixth floor. Room had great views down to the main part of Furano Town and surrounding mountain ranges.The room was well laid out and finished, and included all amenities for a self-sufficient day. While not ‘luxury’ per se all the important things were done well (I.e. fabulous bedding). We were pleasantly surprised that our room had a bath tub. Our only complaint would be that the kitchenette area was slightly too small and lacked bench top space, and the sofa was too small to be comfortable. I inspected the larger premier one bedroom, and would opt for this next time as the extra space makes a huge difference. The onsite ski locker room and drying equipment was much appreciated.The location is very convenient for those skiing. A 2min walk to the ski lifts. While the other Fenix is closer, we didn’t feel hard done by in any way and actually preferred the smaller more intimate feel of Fenix West.The property offered complimentary shuttle services throughout the day and evening and this was an absolute game changer! We couldn’t have done without it and it made things very easy.The staff were always welcoming and helpful with a mix of both Japanese and Western staff. They helped us with everything from restaurant recommendations, to reservations, to suggesting nearby onsens. Thank you!We would definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

For my first trip to Hokkaido, I booked accommodation in Furano and Niseko and stayed at Phoenix West for 2 nights and 3 days.The address is hard to find, but it's located diagonally across from Phoenix Furano.The lobby and entrance are very compact, and the walls in the rooms are thin (I could hear the baby's cries from the next room).The water quality of the shower, the comfort of the bed, and the comfort of the linens were of high quality. I have stayed in many rooms in the past, and this bed was one that made my body feel light even when I slept for hours on end.The cleaning was also very good.Although it has only been a year since the store opened, I feel that cleaning is really important, so I hope they will continue to do so.As you drive around, you'll come across a few food restaurants.There are also a few convenience stores.It's 40 minutes to Biei Grazing Farm, and you should definitely go there if you're in Furano.Also, an oden shop called Kazusho near Furano Station was excellent.Please let me use this hotel again when I come to Hokkaido. I hope it doesn't become too popular to be booked. (*´-`)
