It's about a 7 minute walk from Kanda Station, and there's a convenience store next door, so it's convenient.

As a family we had 2 rooms. Both were super small and smelly. The breakfast was disgusting and no choice. The pictures on the booking portal were not identical to the original. Staff didn't speak English. The location was great.

The hotel was of very good quality, in a pretty quiet district but with lots of food offers nearby and transportation to access all of Tokyo’s areas very easily. The room was clean, pretty small but this is normal for Japan and it was enough for our needs. We stayed for 6 nights so we were glad to be able to use the washing machines. Very convenient to discover the city. Check in and check out process are fast and easy. We did not use the breakfast because it was continental and we preferred to try more local food options. Great value for money!

The main negatives are the pillows, one very hard and one very soft, and the breakfast was not worth paying for. Not a lot to choose from, only had fruit every 2nd day. No butter or condiments for the rolls or croissants. Coffee was ok, juice not topped up when empty. Positives were good shower and bathroom amenities. Beds were more hard than soft but comfortable. Short walk to Kanda Station and the metro line. Staff were friendly. Self help amenities in lobby. Changed towells daily but cleaned room and sheets each 2 to 3 days. This was explained when checked in. Room was small but adequate.

Excellent location, near Kanda station between central Tokyo and hakihabara, mediocre standard but still accessible and practical.
