This is a hot spring inn with no hot water. There is no shower in the large public bath, nor hot water in the bathtub in the guest room's open-air bath. Not recommended at all for those looking to relax. The futons are flimsy, but if you don't want to go to the hot springs and just watch TV and sleep, I think you can stay overnight. I was looking forward to the hot springs, so I felt very sad.I took my grandmother there, believing in the word that it was barrier-free, but there were stairs with no handrails in the public bath, so I couldn't take a bath in the room, and I really regretted taking her there. If there is no hot water, please don't call it a hot spring inn. Please write on the internet that the open-air bath in the guest room is unusable because there is no hot water.

The inn itself seemed a little old, but the large public bath can be reserved for private use, so I was able to enjoy the hot springs with my family, which was great.

I wanted to eat at Hyotan Sushi for dinner and was looking for an overnight stay for breakfast, and this inn met my criteria, so I was very grateful for the help. The room was spacious and clean, and everyone at the inn was very courteous and I was able to have a comfortable stay. Also, the breakfast is delicious! The rice and dried fish were the best. However, the bath system was a bit troublesome, and while it's nice to be able to reserve the bath for private use, it was a bit of a hassle to not be able to use it at any time you wanted.

Nice traditional Japanese hotel with futon beds and onsen. We had a room with a shower and bathtub in the room, but the onsen in the basement was absolutely sufficient. You can reserve the onsen for 40 minutes a day, so you can bathe privately and undisturbed. Bathing is public in the morning and evening, but separated by gender. The breakfast was delicious, but it should be mentioned that it is also a traditional Japanese breakfast with fish, rice, soup and much more.We really enjoyed our stay!

The room we were provided with on the third floor was cozy and clean. There were three bathrooms, and we were able to reserve one of them for abt 50 minutes. The hot springs water was plentiful. We reserved Japanese-style breakfast but didn't reserve dinner at the hotel. Instead, we had dinner in our room after purchasing groceries and sushi from the local supermarket, Laco x Ace, which was a 15-minute drive away. Especially sushi and fresh sashimi were satisfied us, good taste! The staff at the hotel are always kind and polite as they provided good answers to our queries such as about Laco x Ace. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Our family of 4 (3 years old, 0 years old) used it.Since I had a baby, I took a bath in my room and then took a private bath to enjoy the hot springs. The shower in the bathroom in the room didn't come out well, so it was stressful and time consuming to collect hot water and wash. (I added hot water to the bathtub from the bathroom using a bucket)The private bath was very nice.As mentioned in other reviews,I think the customer service from the employees is good. Also, the provided shampoo and conditioner made my hair silky smooth which was great! For breakfast, I was happy to have a private room, but I didn't like much other than fish.
