My daughter is now a junior high school student, so we used this inn. It has a calm atmosphere for adults and it's not a large inn, so you can relax and it's easy to get around to meals and baths. The fish for the meal was fresh and delicious.I don't usually eat breakfast when I'm traveling. My daughter said that the white rice was delicious and ate it well. The souvenir rice balls are also great. The amazake sold at the shop at the hotel was so delicious that I ended up drinking it in no time even though I bought two bottles to take home.

I reserved a suite room as a birthday present for my husband. The hot spring in the room was amazing and I soaked in it many times! The food looked and tasted great and was perfect for wine lovers like us. Thank you so much for having a sommelier! I made some unforgettable memories! The massage while relaxing on the bed in the room after receiving good sleep therapy was soothing! I bought the No. 1 aroma fizzer as a souvenir. Starting tonight, I'll put it on my pillow before going to bed. There isn't much to see in Yumura Onsen, but I think it's fine if you just want to stay at this hot spring inn.I like open-air baths, so that was the only disappointing part, everything else was perfect.

It was a very nice inn. I changed my room to a Western room and it was spacious and clean, but I was worried about the difference in the steps and narrowness of the toilet and the creaking noise... Why was it only here? It was a shame. If it's a medical field, it's even more barrier-free. Breakfast included porridge, steamed vegetables, fish, etc. It was very delicious. Thank you for your help 🎵

I have been to Yumura Onsen several times with my husband as it is a nearby hot spring, but this is the first time I stayed at this inn. They kindly accommodated our last-minute reservation for a one-night stay with breakfast included. I arrived at around 8pm, and the front desk immediately greeted me outside. It seemed like there weren't many customers that day, so I feel sorry for the inn, but we were lucky. The bath is also reserved! !Rather, it's a ryokan for adults who want to relax in peace. The good thing is,☆It looks like it has been reopened, and the facility is clean overall (it still has a new smell)☆The staff were all very helpful.☆The hot water doesn't seem to come directly from the source (the source is too hot, so it can't be helped), but since it was reserved for private use, I was very satisfied.☆The room was well-cleaned.If I had to say something bad...☆The wooden chair in the room is stylish, but it's not suitable for older people (it's hard, so I can't sit comfortably. My butt gets sore, so it's hard for me to stay for a long time)I think it would have been better if it was a sofa.☆The pillars in the parking lot are poorly positioned and difficult to park.☆Smoking area is dark at night (I want a sensitive light)☆The room is on the edge of a national highway and has a good view, but I was a little concerned about the noise when trucks passed by.☆There was no welcome drink and daifuku service as mentioned in the reviews (maybe because we arrived late)I was happy to have rice balls after checking out. Thank you very much. Next time I would like to visit with dinner included!

I stayed here on an anniversary trip with my girlfriend. From the moment I stepped into the inn to the time I checked out, I was impressed by the excellent hospitality, and it was a very happy trip ☺️I was very satisfied with both the content and taste of the breakfast and dinner meals, and the room I stayed in at Kobai this time was a beautiful and calming space that satisfied both my stomach and soul!I would like to thank the general manager, Mr. Fukushima, and the staff for their concern.Thank you for letting us know about the many recommended spots in the area! The sea bream rice balls I received on the way home were very delicious!I will definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. I liked that the front desk was very adult-oriented and had a calm feel to it. The room and food were good, but what made me happy most of all was the smiling faces of the staff. I would definitely like to visit again.

Third stay at Yumura Onsen. This was my first stay at Onjuku Kotobuki. First, a welcome drink and strawberry daifuku were served. The strawberry daifuku is very large and filling! The room was a Western-style room, large and dimly lit overall. The Tajima beef full course dinner had a lot of beef and was very filling. The meat was tender and very tasty. I would have liked to eat Tajima beef shabu-shabu with ponzu sauce rather than sesame sauce. The breakfast was voluminous and delicious, but it's a pain to remove the bones from steamed flounder, so I'd prefer filleted fish or chicken if possible. The food itself wasn't very special, but the ingredients were good and it was delicious. The bath was small and nice, but I was disappointed that there was no open-air bath.Anyway, I feel like there's nothing else in the area and I have no choice but to relax at the inn.On the way home, I was given a sea bream rice ball, and when I ate it, it was delicious and I was very happy with the thoughtfulness.Overall I was satisfied.
