This hotel has excellent customer service and comfort. It's about a 3 minute walk from JR Kobe Station, so it's very convenient. The famous Minatogawa Shrine is right next door. The bathroom was clean, had high water pressure, and was comfortable. The sound of the train is a little bothersome, but it doesn't disturb your sleep unless you open the window. The customer service from the front desk was excellent and I didn't feel any inconvenience at all. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, which was great.I was concerned that the floor mats in the guest room were a bit old, but considering the price and service, it's a minor issue.Last but not least, the Chinese restaurant that the woman at the front desk told us about was very delicious.I wanted to thank her in person, but the timing didn't suit me and I wasn't able to meet her. Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude. Thanks to you, I had a fulfilling business trip to Kobe. I will use them again. thank you.

The location is good as it is 2 minutes away from JR Kobe Station, and the hotel amenities are well-equipped, so I had a comfortable stay.In particular, Harborland is a 10-minute walk away, so it's great to see the night view late at night, and it's great to shop at the Hoppang Museum and shopping center during the day.

This was my first time staying here. The location is excellent right outside the north exit of JR Kobe Station, and the rooms are clean. Overall, I had a comfortable stay, but the problem was the balance between the air conditioning and the futons. It didn't seem to be good, so when I covered myself with the futon, I was hot and sweaty, but the air conditioning (it was an air conditioner with adjustable temperature) was so effective that I felt like I was going to catch a cold... which was a bit frustrating. . This varies from person to person, but since the comforter outweighs the air conditioning, I thought it would be better to make it a little thinner or use something with better air circulation.

I use it all the time. It's just a 3-minute walk from the station, so it's very convenient. Also, the hallways and rooms are always clean, apart from being outdated. There is no view from the room, but there are restaurants and shopping near the station and Harborland, so it's not a problem.

Reception girl Ms. Miao has worse attitude ever!No manner No responsibility Don’t respect pplShe shouldn't work in the hotel or any service industry.1. There was a chewed straw in the room when we checked in. The service staff immediately helped us change rooms.2. We checked out 21 minutes late the next day. The lady at the counter, Miao, said that late check-out would cost 1,000 yen, which was normal. I asked her: How long can we delay for 1,000 yen? Is it half an hour or one hour? Hours later, she didn’t answer, but repeatedly told me that she wanted a thousand yuan. She had a very bad attitude towards debt collection.I didn’t deny it. I just wanted to know how long the one thousand yen could be delayed. If the one thousand yen could be delayed by one hour, then I would go upstairs and have a good rest until 12 o’clock. She understood, but her attitude started from the morning. It's very bad.3. Complained to other hotel employees and the manager. Everyone else was apologizing, but she hid, pretended to be busy, caused trouble to her colleagues, and stood nearby without any response.4. Whether your attitude is good or not has nothing to do with whether you understand the language. Don’t treat foreigners as idiots. We can abide by your rules, but your attitude is really bad. If you really don’t like foreigners, just find a job without contact. For a foreigner's job, one thousand yen is not a problem, the problem is her attitude and pretending not to understand English5. The night shift staff were very nice and helped us find the restaurant, carry our luggage and park the car.

This is a business hotel located right in front of Kobe Station.I felt that the size of the room, bed, and water facilities were a notch higher than other business hotels.Another recommended point is that there is a Family Mart on the first floor near the station.

The location is good and I use it frequently. This time, I reserved a non-smoking room 3 months in advance, but the room smelled of cigarettes. The shower room also smelled of cigarettes, and even the pillows on the bed smelled sickly. When I told the front desk, they gave me a free breakfast coupon, but that's not the problem!I don't think you can go unless you are shown a different room! What kind of room do you manage? It was really disappointing.
