I had a good impression when I stayed there a few years ago, so I only used the hot springs on my way back from the aquarium atoa, but I felt that the facilities, cleanliness, and staff level had all deteriorated. To be honest, even though it's a weekday when there aren't many customers, I don't think it's possible for the hot water to be turned off in all the bathtubs.Since it's a facility within a hotel, I'm not expecting good value for money, but it was disappointing to see that the service was inferior to other super public baths despite being more than double the price.

There was a couple in bedrock bathing who didn't wear special bedrock bathing clothes, but what do you think about that...?The aroma machine was making loud noises on a regular basis, so I couldn't take a relaxing bedrock bath. The aroma wasn't very effective either, and there was a strange smell especially in the lava bath.

It cost 45,000 yen for two people for one night and two days.●Good pointsThere were plenty of amenities, and the sink in the large bathroom had a Refa hair dryer, hair iron, and hair iron, which made me excited. The customer service was also good.Everything from the dinner and breakfast buffet was delicious!I thought it was a hotel that was friendly to the elderly.●Points that caught my attentionThere are only two elevators, so they don't come easily. Since the elderly were given priority, we had to use the evacuation stairs several times. The walls in the room were so thin that I could hear conversations and the thumping of people upstairs.

I have used it many times since it opened. This time, I used it for my mother's birthday celebration. The room was a view-only type, but I was very satisfied with the room on the port tower side. The meals are served by three generations, so a buffet would be helpful. The bespoke cake was also very delicious.I was a little concerned about the Wi-Fi.There was almost no connection at all. It may be difficult for everyone to use it, but it was quite inconvenient. Thank you for your consideration.I'm planning to stay there again during the New Year, so I decided to include it here.

Health promotion member.I use it almost every day.I am also very pleased with the service provided by the staff.I've had two major surgeries in the past three years, so I can't do excessive exercise. Meanwhile, I am taking Ren's personal training, sports massage, and yoga lessons as a way to maintain my health without putting too much stress on my body.

I would like the shower head to be a Refa microbubble shower head instead of the Mirable one. Mirable is difficult to use, the angle is odd, and it's cheap. It's good to have three types of shower heads.I want a Refa hair dryer for men too.Why do they skimp on Koizumi hair dryers only for men?Even men will have to decide whether to buy Refa's shower head and hair dryer.I've never used it so I don't think I'll buy it.The quality of the restaurant staff is not improving.I want them to collaborate and eliminate order mistakes.I get the impression that there are a lot of order mistakes. Also, the drinks are made by one person, so the food is served slowly.I don't know where the mist sauna isI don't know the point rate of the point card. Also, the front desk says stupid things.

I have used the hotel twice in the past, once for my birthday, once for a filial pact with my parents, and for an event, and both times I was very satisfied with my stay. There are two hot springs, and the day trip hot springs have a wide variety of hot springs and are fully equipped with facilities. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.I stayed in a room on the Harborland Meriken Park side, and the night view was spectacular. The bathhouse exclusively for guests is compact, but the view is very nice.It has a completely different atmosphere at night and during the day, so both had a good atmosphere.I chose the buffet for my meal, and each dish was so carefully prepared that I ended up eating way too much. The sukiyaki served in a pot that is just the right size is delicious, and it was very convenient to have a stand with casters for transporting the food. The breakfast lineup was modest, but it was something to look forward to, including rice porridge with dashi soup and bread from Le Pin.The room key is a band type, but you can use it to pay for paid options such as a massage chair, so it was convenient that you didn't have to carry your wallet with you.The atmosphere at the pool was also nice. We used it during the day, but the night pool looks fun too.Buses leave from Sannomiya Station, and Meriken Park is surprisingly far away, but with stores like atoa nearby, you can do some sightseeing in Kobe.

It's very shabby. It was a family celebration, so I wanted to do everything I could to make them happy, but I couldn't get anything worth the price.Although the homepage makes it look like it's really nice, the lobby and reception area are surprisingly small and very cramped. It didn't have a heavy feel to it, and the moment I entered the building, I thought, ``Ah, maybe I made a mistake in choosing a hotel.''Like the entrance, the rooms are cheaply furnished. The room is spacious and clean, but the entire room has an ``artificial print'' feel to it. It looks like they are using low quality materials. There is nothing noteworthy about the hot springs and open-air baths. It was inferior to, or on par with, the good-looking super public baths in the city. The outdoor pool, which looks spectacular on the website, is located in a very modest (cheap) location facing the back street of the hotel. Since it faces the "road from the parking lot to the hotel," pedestrians wearing normal clothes walk around in front of the pool. What blew me away most of all was the decoration of the ``corridor to the hot springs'' and the ``restaurant.'' There were many large "large flyers" like those posted at izakaya bars. There was a completely unreliable hot spring ranking posted (our hotel's hot spring was ranked higher than the famous hot springs from all over Japan), and it really got me down.Although I paid a considerable amount of money, I had a very disappointing stay, saying, ``It was not worth the money and I wasted my time.'' Just for your information, so that no one will be disappointed in their expectations like I was.

I went on a day trip with a friend.First, we took a short break and had lunch. There are few people and it is very relaxing. Afterwards, go to the hot springs. There are about 4 baths including an indoor bath and a cold bath. There were about 3 rock baths and pot baths in the outside bath, and there were free flowing hot springs. Personally, I liked that the kakenagashi was lukewarm.I'm glad I got out of the bath, drank the free juice, ate some sweets, and had a meaningful day.

I stayed for one night and two days for about 150,000 yen.I will never go there again. We used health measurements. It was probably our fault for being 30 minutes late, but I'm really angry that the elderly man who was in charge of taking the health measurements had a strange attitude from the beginning.I called him to let him know that I would be about 30 minutes late, but it must have been extremely unpleasant for him. They looked at me like they didn't know what was going on that day and that I wasn't in charge.I was in charge. That's why I was so excited, but the rest of the staff were polite and tried their best, so I didn't say anything...I still have some regrets towards him.I will never use it again.I paid a not-so-cheap amount and was not satisfied with the result. We recommend that you think carefully before using it.Maybe it's my fault that I drag myself back when I feel uncomfortable at first.I'm not feeling well, so this is just a tentative evaluation.I will try to write again at a later date. 2024/09/28
